      When I signed up for directv, I was told by the agent this was dor 2 year price guarantee. I then read otherdo,plants that they would raise rates after one year. I called them back and asked them about this. They said to call them a k after one year b3cause they would have other offers. Called back when rates went up and they said sorry, nothing they could do.

      DirecTV is the absolutely worst business I've ever dealt with. I've contacted them two times now (12/15) to set up automatic payments and it has yet to occur. They had informed me the card did not go through, however, I used the exact same card for a $1500 charge on our vehicle in December and it worked fine. It's a brand new card expiring in ****! I looked at my emails and NEVER received notification that the card did not go through. I've asked DirecTV to update my email address several times. They did not, therefore, on top of not receiving notification that a card 'supposedly' did not go through, I was not receiving bill email notifications. I am beyond frustrated for the amount of incompetency that customer service has at **********************. If I could give negative star reviews, I would. This is not the first time I've had so many issues with DirecTV. Unbelievable they are still in business.

      Direct TV does not provide what they say they will. When I initially contacted them, I had asked for internet, satellite tv and a prepaid $200 gift card. I received only the satellite tv. The satellite tv installer said, "you will never get internet here," after having a discussion with an agent the day before stating that I would get all three of the aforementioned. In numerous other calls, I had asked for a landline and never received that. At one point a technician arrive and then say he was going to lunch and then never returned. I contacted a person at the Office of the President at AT&T. I was told I would have a flash put on my account showing that there would be no early termination fee when I decided to cancel. I called the phone number twice and left a message with no return phone call. I then called the general customer service number and was told I would be credited $363.95 or $295.74 for the credit I had on the account with a prepaid visa card. I have not received a prepaid visa card and question if they exist. I did receive a bill for $68 which I was told was credited on 1/28/2023 when I last called. I had received a double bill. I seriously question how Direct tv/At&t stay in business with repeated lies and overbilling.

      I will never do business with Direct TV again. They cut off Newsmax and showed bias to smaller left-leaning news stations. "Satan is the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that works in the children of disobedience" (Ephesians 2:2).

      Since I had DirecTV and AT&T I’ve always had combined billing. AT&T billed me for both their and Directv's services, For month of November which I paid. A few days later I received another bill from DirecTV. Since I already paid, I did not pay DirecTV's second bill in which they disconnected my service. I have tried to work the issue through their billing department. The excuse they gave is there no longer partners with AT&T, so that’s the reason why I received a separate bill from DIRECTV. mind you both bills where due on the same exact day. I’ve sent all equipment back, and after months of going back and forth I thought we had this issue resolved. I had received a credit to my account for the stand alone bill so I thought, today I received another bill for 178.09. Rep basically told me it’s for the November billing period, then she said it was for early termination. I didn’t have a contract with DIRECTV never updated equipment so why the fee?. This company is basically trying to steal money from customers and it’s your fault no matter what

      We switched to Directv and AT&T from Xfinity. We lasted 4 months with their awful service. Directv's DVR and on demand options only work if your internet works. AT&T (sister company to Directv)s internet service was terrible, so we rarely had access to our DVR. The TV box in our master bedroom had to be reset nearly every time we turned the TV on.
      Customer service is an absolute joke. We terminated our contract early, due to moving from our house to a location that already was providing internet and cable services and they refused to waive the early termination fee. We are now on the hook for $420 for not having their (terrible) services.
      Read the fine print, because they literally make their money off of these incredulous fees since no one with half a brain would continue to use their crap services. We will advise everyone we know to pay the premium price for xfinity to avoid directv at all costs.

      In the process of reconciling our accounts, I discovered that we had been incorrectly charged for NFL Sunday Ticket in November 2022, December 2022, and January 2023 at a rate of 65.99 per month. We never ordered or consented to the service. After spending over two hours with various representatives (from CenturyLink to DirecTV to the NFL side of DirecTV), they agreed to cancel the service, however, they would not refund the $197.97 for the charges on our account, because they claimed we initiated the order from our end on a certain date. We never initiated this service and never consented to it; nor have we ever used it. After going around and around, it was clear that the resolution was that they got to win ... our word meant nothing to them; the fact that we never ordered the service meant nothing to them. They committed fraud and get to get away with it.

      3 decade long customer - totally frustrated with their ongoing policy of censorship + attempt to control subscribers preferred programing - contacted by office of their president about my concerns - totally lied to them by them - was told that they were in negotiations with Newsmax, which they refused to negotiate in good faith - closed my complaint by stating that i refused any assistance, which is a complete + total lie , i only stated that i would wait to see outcome of the [ so called ] negotiations - several congressional investigations in process - in the meantime my household is w/o Newsmax + OAN with no acceptable compensation or substitute programs while we seek another provider - RE .Important: If DirecTV tells you we are still negotiating, that is a lie! They have told NEWSMAX we will never be on a regular cable channel. DirecTV also replaced NEWSMAX with a channel that has no news and no ratings. Also, NEWSMAX's livestream is ending soon on other platforms

      From Direct to **** now to Centurylink. I've been a ******** of Direct for 25 yrs. For Billing u go to one link, takes you to another link and then a 3rd link (company to company to company) u LITERALLY are taken in circles to 3 businesses. Centurylink was sold to Brightspeed for internet I left that already when I lost my internet for 5 weeks. This has been for MONTHS. I get paid once a month and need to make pay ********** IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TO DO WITHOUT CALLING *********** AND I AM DONE! I AM SICK OF THIS POOR BUSINESS! I WILL CALL AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY AND THEN CANCEL
