      Watch out! I was asked for my full social security number to verify who I am on there official ******** ******* number that I called and yes I know I should not have gave the info and felt wrong about it afterwards and now suddenly someone attempted over $1000 worth of purchases through all of my cards but thankfully was declined due to suspicious activity. There are scammers working at DirecTV and ATT.

      i have been a direct tv ******** since the start of the *** sunday ticket in ****, have credit card for monthly payment never late. 2022 we had the ******* on hold for the winter and restarted the ******* in *** 2022, new equipment was installed for the new *******. they inadvertinly began billing ** for two seperate accounts on our credit card over charging ** over$*** plus we have called them countless times to billing ******** ************ on and on our credit card company finally shut them down on the one bogus account but we are out hundreds of dollars and they still want more after they joined ATT they are imposable to work with *** had the billing **** hang up on me for no reason, i like the product but they are very poor with ******** realtions

      My Uncel **************************** of ******* had made agreement with Direct TV to pay a one time payment of $69. 99 for one month services with ****************************** will be no disconnection fees to apply. DIRECT TV is going to send him boxes to ship back Direct TV equipment by **** I had already filed a complaint with BBB about ******************************************************* account, & is sending this message to let you know his poblem with his account with ********************** should be resolved now. Thank You to BBB for helping us resolve this problem with Direct TV.

      Direct tv does not honor ******************* discounts for a full year. They say 12 month promo deal then change your promo with no notice. Raise your bill and then give you an excuse then star another promo offer after you pay a higher price then promised. Must review every bill every month.

      I called ******** ******* because I was charged $***** after canceling my trial within the trial period. I called them on Dec. 19 (trial ended Dec. 20) to cancel and was told by ** that it was taken care of. Two days later, I get a package in the mail from Directv, its the streaming box for the trial. I called back on Dec. 21 to ask what to do with the box and how to send it back and they asked me if I wanted to cancel. I told them I a had already called to cancel a few days prior and they didn't have record for it. As of Dec. 21, I was not charged. Come Dec. 23, I was charged $***** on my credit card. I called to ask for a refund becaue it was obviously a mistake and they now only have record of me calling on Dec. 21 (which to them is after the trial) and they did not give a refund. In fact, they told me I was lying. *******, **# ******, was the highest ** rep I was able to get on the phone and he stood his ground despite the mistake the ** team made. I am now stuck with an extra $** to make up. Thanks Directv, but you have created a negative brand advocate, where I will be going OUT of my way to make sure no friends and family ever use Directv. Nice job.

      I called and cancelled my ******* after 3 years of loyalty. They turned off my ******* and they were supposed to send me a return box. Two weeks later, no box. I called them. They said Fed-Ex never does what it's supposed to do, and they would send another box. Two weeks later, no box. Called them. They said I needed to box it up and take it to "a Fed-Ex main office and that they had the labels, they all have the labels. Just take it to an office and they will take care of it." I called a Shipper Fed-Ex, they have no labeling system. Called the main office, they do make labels and they do not have labels for DirecTV. They told me the shipping label has to be provided by the shipper or the receiver. They don't make them. I called DirecTV again and told them. about all the problems I'm having to get this account closed. After a couple of months trying, I finally got hold of a person who actually sent me a shipping label to my e-mail address. I immediately boxed up both machines and cables and remote controls and put it in the ** postal ******* the same day. About 2 weeks later,I receive an e-mail , they got their equipment. A couple of days later, I'm getting notices from ATT that I owe $******. I call them up. They said, no, it's OK, we've received the equipment. Two weeks later I receive another ATT bill saying I owe $******. I called them, asked them why the charge, and they said for equipment. So, they check their records, All equipment have been received, and I owe nothing. It's been about 2 weeks now, and I have received 2 more bills from ATT for $******. This is harrassment.

      SINCE OCT 2022 LOGGING IN VIA COMPUTER INTO DIRECT TV I AM TOLD I AM BILLED BY ATT. ATT REDIRECTS ME BACK TO DIRECT TV. IN EITHER CASE I CANNOT SEE A COPY OF MY BILL. I AM JUST BILLED VIA AUTO PAY. I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM ATT TECHNICAL ******* AND ATT BILLING. ALSO RUN AROUND FROM DIRECT TV TECHNICAL ******* AND BILLING. NONE OF THE "******** SUPPORT" AGENTS FROM EITHER COMPANY WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIXING THE ISSUE. "SORRY SIR YOU HAVE TO BE TRANSFERED TO..."

      I called on 12/33/2022@ 11:55 am to lower my bill. Speaking with *******. We spoke about Att Streaming. I explained my Direct TV bill was too high and it keeps going up. He advised he lowered my monthly bill for ******************************************************************* on line. I got up this morning and discovered my ******* for Direct TV was disconnected and since it was a holiday no one could help me. It's make matters worse Direct TV set me an email explaining my ******* had been cancelled, which was not true, I had not cancelled them at all. And... they would charge me for early cancellation???I explained this to Direct TV ******** support who could not help me, I needed to call the main office and talk with them, which understandably closed. I will never recommend Direct TV to anyone. I will now consider streaming. Good luck to those who have Direct TV.

      I have had my DirecTV ******* disconnected and returned their equipment as requested. Since then I have been inundated with DirecTV phone calls several times a day since then about the company wanting me to reconnect my *******. I have told the reps on the first two or three calls (have not answered the others) that I was not interested in reconnecting and to please stop calling. The phone keeps ringing.

      ****** ***** and ****** **** of ******* **. Need to be fired for asking false identity questions??? For Dish Network, I asked for information, not too be harassed by these two running scams for the name of business or sales.
