      Ordered the free week deal. Cancelled my subscription "2 Days" before my deadline was up. Have screenshots to prove it. I never trusted DirectTv after what some family and friends have said. That's why I just went with the free deal, for starters. So, I get a message from my bank saying, "my bank account went into the negative", my phone just got turned off and my bank account, over-drafted. What happened.....DirectTV took my money out, without my permission and even though I cancelled. Ok, so, that's not the fun part. I get in touch with them online and they say that I never cancelled. Even though I have the screen shots?? Why? No at DirectTv knows. I even tried to send them the screenshots of me cancelling, but they don't care. So, now, they say, "They can't cancel me online and I have to call an agent." Even though I just explained to them, my phone got turned off. They were very rude and misleading at the least. D.O.N.T do business with DirectTv. They screwed my money, day, and need to find an online streaming *******!! They are thieves!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

      We decided to purchase a home we got the all official on August 15th we put in a move quest that day for August 26th the installer never showed never called never contacted us we called DirecTV around 5:00 p.m. that night they gave us the big huge runaround for a week straight and eventually ended up canceling our ******* fought back and forth we decided to go with dish it was $20 too much for our budget and also did not like their ******* went off and on so we called DirecTV back it's **** been a nightmare since October 5th had three installed dates two wrong accounts ran our credit twice still as of today of October 19th the installer decided to cancel because there was a mistake on the order and it was raining out it's become a long endless battle now they're saying they are not installing our ******* until August 29th maybe if I write BBB they'll finally get somewhere arguing with the people and only giving ** $125 credit and $100 **** gift card ain't make up this hassle for the last two and a half months trying to put DirecTV in my new house.

      Our Direct TV Satellite dish is on our roof. Called to have it relocated as we are having a new roof installed. They charge me $50 and never showed up twice. When I call to cancel my ******* you can't speak to a live person and must go thru the automated menu. When I choose the menu item to cancel my *******, I'm put on Hold forever then it disconnects. Once the dish is off my roof I won't have ******* as we don't know how to move it ourselves. So we *** as well cancel our ******* if we can't get them out here to relocate the dish. They don't want me to cancel and trying to wear me down. I've been a ******** for 17 years. I ask myself why I stayed so long. They have other shady dealings as well like adding a charge of $11.99 for a regional sports fee. I don't even like sports.

      Got a call from DTV and they had no problem saying goodbye to me as a loyal ******** for 17 years. I feel they knew nobody would ever show up to relocate my satellite dish. Maybe they just can't find qualified technicians. But losing a good ******** over a simple task of relocating the dish seems like pretty poor ******** ******* to me. I put up with three No Shows. How long was I supposed to be a prisoner in my own home waiting for them to show up. Shame on you DirecTV!!!

      I went on their site to cancel my premium channels and somehow my bill will now be $50.00 more than it was before. Their ******** ******* has a script to read and just stick to it. Terrible company. And by the way when it rains their ******* ***** too.

      I signed up for free trial to Thierry streaming platform. Did not use it so canceled it. 2 months later I noticed 2 charges from them. I went to canceled it again and got a chat started. The lady said they were having technical issues on the website and couldn't cancel it that way. Then she tried to talk me into keeping the *******. I asked that since they are having technical issues to refund what they charged since I couldn't cancel it through their site. She said they couldn't do that. Truly pathetic company and ******** *******.

      Impossible to cancel. I moved and asked to terminate. I was offered a "one-time" credit which i thought was prorated because of termination. Monthly billing continued, despite no streaming on my account. Constantly told I am under contract and being charged $104.00/month, then when I say I will pay the termination fee I am offered to go "off contract" for $69.99/month. I have heard this song and dance at least three times. Seems like the *** might be interested in DirecTv's billing practices.

      Direct tv has hit my account 4 different transactions, with no ******* since August. This company has done this 2 previous times. Husband was guarantee after 2 to f's up's, wouldn't be NO more charges. Direct tv has now just put my family in worse hardship then we were in. They steal and expect you not to get angry.

      When we did have ******* buffered more then 50% of time, so basically I watched 20 minutes maybe of my shows.

      I highly recommend you stay away from this company they don't know what they are doing. ATT store employees nor ******** *******.
      Couldn't find account to help but sure can find it to take your payment for *******.

      I been with DirecTV for 21 years I know they don't care of me I'm just another number to them I call on 9/19/22 to have a tech come out I'm needing a cable wire replaced and had a appointment for 9/26/22 that's was the closes appointment ok I'll be patient I understand will yesterday I got a message saying I had appointment set for 12p-4p then I got a message saying they will be arriving soon then I got a voicemail that they are running late then I got another message stating that NOW! I have an appointment for 10/4/22 I didn't authorize a change of appointment I called and yes my appointment has been changed I asked who did it because I didn't they said they couldn't do anything about they will have a manager contact me couple of hours later no call I called them back they said that they are full booked no one can come out I got upset because I was one of the appointments already set they made it look like I never had an appointment and my appointment is 10/4/22 that I can be on a waiting list and that a manager will call me no one didn't called me and no came out looks like I'll be switching to Dish network maybe they will treat their customers better!

      This company constantly lies about their ******* and will not even try to find common ground. Chat is absolutely worthless. Light rain does knock out *******. They ********** too much for what is offered. They know many people do not have options for other ******* and take advantage of it. Suppose I will get the standard auto message as a reply.
