      The costs associated with this service have become excessively high. Over the past four years, I have noticed that the bill increases annually, which is quite surprising. One would expect the price to decrease over time, but it has actually risen to a point where it exceeds my car insurance, which includes collision coverage. This is particularly perplexing given that I only have two boxes and no insurance on them. The situation seems unreasonable.

      I made a payment on the *** website using a check. After a few days and the payment had not posted I contacted *** and they said the payment did not post even though the money was still in my account and the last 4 digits of the account was correct. I did a debt card payment and asked for an extension for the current months bill, which i was given until March 31st, 2025. On March 18th my service had been disconnected. I contacted *** and waited on hold for 20 minutes. I explained to ****** ID number ******, the above situation and she put me on hold for almost 15 minutes and told me the only way she could restore my service was if I scheduled a payment for 0331. I asked if I could be compensated b/c I missed some of my shows and she told me would waive the $15 fee for reconnecting my service. I was trying to explain to her that is not compensation because the service should have never been turned off in the first place. She continued to speak over me and then disconnected the call and did not turn on my service. I had to call back and wait another 20 minutes to get it resolved. Fortunately, the next representative that I spoke to was knowledgeable and professional and restored my service without me having to set up a payment. I have been a *** customer for several years and the level of unprofessionalism from ES1773 is unacceptable.

      I am a DIRECTV customer of 31 years. I have stuck with them through thick and thin including the buyout/merger with ******* Almost all of my family, friends and neighbors have switched away from them. I have stayed with them no matter what the problem.About a year ago, they cut my programing off for non-payment when I have been on auto pay for all 31 years. They never billed me or notified me of the overdue. They turned me over to a collection agency and when I called them stated they saw where they had never billed me by ********** get me out of collections was a nightmare because they had terminated my account.Upon calling them they stated that the account was improperly terminated. All of the time and problems with this were just crazy. When I finally got it straightened out, I called them and said, "terminate my service". They tried for 20 - 30 minutes to talk me out of it and when they couldn't, they started offering me credits and discounts. After numerous, I finally took them up on one if they would honor it properly. Getting them to do this has been requiring a phone call every month or so because they seem to be charging whatever they feel like, and it is not on the bills they send me what the extra charges are for. Each phone call takes 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours to get the bill straightened out for that month. I tell them not to do it again and they do. I told them today that this BBB review is first, reporting it to the Police as unauthorized bank withdrawals is second, and a lawsuit for this and much more is a last resort. I cannot get them to stop this !

      I have tried to cancel my services - I call in to cancel, and the agent will try to sell me something - perhaps the sarcasm of 'cool', was taken as an affirmative, however - I wanted to cancel my services. I have called in every month for nearly 6 months, I keep getting bills - they have removed my credit card, but now say I have a service for a couple of weeks. I did not authorize service, I did not want a service... I received nothing via email / text / or post office indicating I had services again. Now I have a charge. I was a 'valued' customer for over 10 years. I have called in many times, and each time I seem to get different answers on things. Perhaps it is the training that needs to be re-evaluated. I have a bill for $57, this should be dissolved, and my account needs to be closed. If anyone can assist would be greatly appreciated.

      Zero stars. I was promised a free premium service but when I attempted to access it, the offer was withdrawn. It was clear and unconditional, but they refused to honor it. Four phone calls and two hours of discussion brought nothing but frustration with their uncaring attitude and robotic responses. Truly the worst customer service ever.

      Tree fell on satellite dish will not come to fix without making appointment after having their services for over 10 years then takes several days for the appointment.

      Charged for service didnt receive after contracting att, direct tv,called and talked for hours. Cancelled all ************** ******** refund, and credit. Now getting charged in January. You call att they cant help, you talk to direct tv they cant help. Be prepared to get a lawyer if you use these companys. Keep taking money for services not provided. Even though there drafting money out of your account they have no record

      Direct TV has the worst customer service ever. They billed me for service I never recieved and would not refund me. I waited on the phone for over an hour and they refused to offer me a refund.
