      My elderly mother reported she was being harassed by a DirectTv salesperson at her door after she repeatedly told him she's not interested. We arrived in our vehicle shortly after the encounter only to be insulted by him telling us there's something wrong with people from **********, I guess we say "not interested" differently here. Very aggressive and harassing salesperson not wanting to leave our doorstep after we told him we are not interested. I got upset when my 5 year old son had to walk around him, in which case I approached him to move aside our doorstep. He complied, kept trying to escalate the situation though, by insulting Montebello's residents. Truly a "Sales Troll". Not a costumer of DirectTv, and for sure after this, would never be. Buyer beware, something's not right with this company.

      Absolutely worst place. They never told me I entered into a contract and I had cancel and pay over $300. Then they charged me for a device I never got even though I had told them that I never received and are wanting the device back. Representative wouldnt answer my questions and refused a refund ON SOMETHING I DONT HAVE! How the h*** do I return something I never received? and they confirmed that it was never turned on! Do not get with this company cause youll end up regretting it.

      Direct TV overcharged us on a bill we was giving a $50 credit on our account for Jan 2025 the bill was $103.78 which they still charged my wife card $103.78 so we will like our full amount back and we going to disconnect service when we get our money back they are scammers and liers as well we not pleased customers

      I cancelled my subscription on 13 Dec 2024. My billing cycle goes from 10 Dec-9 Jan 2025. Direct TV is trying to charge me $308.11 for the entire month. I did not ask for this. They have told me (talking to 4 different people) that I have to pay the $308.11. They state they do not prorate any services. This is terrible. I have been a custumer with them for over 15 years and this is how they treat me. This is why I'm done with this company. They also have the nerve to offer me a deal to stay with them. I just want to pay what I suppose to pay. Not for a month of service I did not ask for.i need help.

      The worst service the worst customer service the worst price for the limited channels you do get. They charge you for infomercials and Spanish channels you never watch! Why? And the service is in and out every single day! Freezing loading or completely out like today! Excuse is theyre having technical difficulties Every day???? Direct tv is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And when you call theres nothing but illiterate idiots answering from a dessert in ***** somewhere who have no idea what youre asking them or why youre calling them! Im so done with this nonsense Direct tv calls technology. You guys **** and you know it. You cant push what you promise and youre greedy and laugh at us stupid Americans who continue to pay the overpriced c*** direct tv offers. Not anymore this is the last time I pay $500 for junk I cant even watch every day bc I never know when its going to work correctly. Disgusting greedy company who think they can monopolize entertainment. Go s**** yourselves and come get your crappy dusty equipment off my lawn

      I PURCHASE CELL PHONE SERVICE FROM ***** THE SERVICE REPRESENATIVE OFFERED US A FREE TRIAL FOR INTERNET STREAMING SERVICE FROM DIRECT TV. AND GAVE ME A DEMO PACK WE TRIED OUT THE SERVICE AND DID NOT LIKE IT.I TRIED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS PAST THE 14 DAY FREE TRIAL PERIOD AND THERE WOULD BE A $460 EARLY TERMINATION FEE, 24 MONTHS X $20. I RETURNED ALL THE EQUIPMENT TO THE **** STORE AND SPOKE TO THE SALESPERSON AND SHE NEVER HEARD ABOUT ANY EARLY TERMINATION *****I BELIEVED THIS TYPE OF HIGH-PRESSURE SALES SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. I CONTACTED DIRECT TV AND TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS AND THEY TOLD ME THE COULD NOT REMOVE THE *****

      Direct is charging me for ppv that I never ordered or watched. They said too bad we got your money so get lost. I will be filing complaints with the attorney general as well.

      This place is a con artist and rip off and lie about bill charges and have disclosed my personal information to outside scam folks, I am going to seek legal action against this company because they are not right and shouldn't be in business!

      I have tried to log in to my DirectTv account since last night. Today I called to try and get help. The first gal wanted me to download the app. I told her no. She forwarded me to a tech rep. ** gave me the name of ASOE. One of the first questions I asked where he was from. His answer was that has nothing to do with our conversation. Unfriendly at the start I would say. I gave him the information he asked for. Some of it more than once. Since he had a very heavy accent I had to ask him several times to repeat his question. After 30 min. he tells me he has to talk to the account holder?? We are a married couple. I gave all the information my husband had written down to prove I was legit. Only to have him respond don't give me information unless I ask for it. How rude!!! And he accused me of being disrespectful. ?? I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold, and then asked to leave a message. On that message, my husband called via cell and told him he was the account holder. After 30 min. the problem was still not even being close to being resolved. The last time I actually, called, probably over a year ago, I spoke to a very nice American - speaking woman that went beyond helping me. I never had this run-around. Maybe when my husband gets home we need to discuss new options. There was no help, just asked the same questions. No customer service at all!
