    I bought screen saver and was told it would be replaced *** it broke. Went into apple store who confirmed it was cracked. Filled out form for replacement and was asked to take photo of cracked screen saver. Did a chat with them asking how to do that since it wasn't possible w/o removing screen saver and gong without while awaiting replacement. Was told to take photo w/another iphone which I did with a little arrow pointing to crack. Got email that they apparently couldn't see the crack and considered what they saw as normal wear and tear. Called ***** who said they would record my complaint. How does one take a "good enough" photo of cracked screen saver w/o taking it off and then going without until replacement (could e 4-6 weeks) arrives. ****.

    Provided a 1-time exception and processed RMA1224435. Allow 1-2 days processing and once shipped, might take 5 to 7 business days for standard delivery.

    Went to the apple store, bought a PLASTIC screen protector. Employee affixed a glass screen without my knowledge using the machine applicator. 2 months later a chip appeared due to manufacturers defect. Was sold a lifetime warranty and tried to make a claim with Belkin, explained situation over many emails, Belkin refuses to take any responsibility for the manufacturers defect or for ***** affixing and selling me a glass screen protector when I specifically asked for the plastic one. Apparently ***** stopped selling or affixing the plastic screen protectors and did not inform me or the general public of such a company change. I never purchased a glass screen protector, never asked for one. My phone has never been dropped and is in pristine condition including the case that is still new. Your customer service is terrible, especially after I was sold a lifetime warranty. I am a previous lifetime warranty ***** and have done business with your company in the past for my old phone model. This type of behavior is unacceptable for the consumer to bear the brunt of and Belkin needs to take responsibility for warrantying and replacing their screen protectors and be thankful if they still have a contract with *****. I expected much better customer service. ********************** is my email associated with the communication complaint number #******** dated march 29th 2025 3:12 am. I want my plastic screen protector, not the glass one replaced. Why am I giving you my $40 for? I never wanted the glass screen protector, never bought one, not even sure if belkin still has them or does business with *****. The next step is I file an attorney general complaint to get my $40 back, or I contact ***** and make a complaint against their vendor. I want the screen replaced and the lifetime warranty upheld that I was told I had at time of purchase. You shouldn.t have any trouble sending me the $0.02 cent plastic screen protector that I bought off you for $40.00

    I have a belkin screen protector that I purchased at ******* and I was told it had a lifetime warranty. When I attempted to act on the warranty the first time last year, I was told they could not accept my receipt from ******* as proof of purchase. They said it was just a printed piece of paper and not an actual receipt. However, this is the kind of receipt ******* provides and it had all the necessary information related to the item. I attempted to act on the warranty again recently, and again the same issue with not only the receipt but now saying my complaint is not within the scope of the Belkin warranty. However, DIRECTLY on your website, it states that bubbling is considered a covered matter under your warranty and your associates are refusing to act on this. I am writing to obtain a new screen protector or if Belkin is being negligent in following their warranty procedures. If that is the case, please refund me the money for my screen protector since you do not stand by your warranty. I spent more money on this screen protector being as I thought it would be adequate and the company would stand behind the warranty

    Documentations like receipts and photos of the products are not consistent.
    Warranty policy requires legit and valid receipt and a clear photo showing the damage on the product.
    Warranty only covers defects with the products.
    Damages like cracked and chipped under normal wear and tear are not covered.
    Air bubbles under the overlay are covered but the customer provided different pictures which are suspicious.

    I am rejecting this response because I provided an additional photo as asked by one of your agents.  They asked me about the corner crack and I told them its because the screen protector bubbles and lifts up constantly. They asked to send another photo of the bubbling  so I did. If they wanted me to send it all at once they could have asked me to send it in a new claim

    I purchased a screen protector for my iPhone mobile phone at the Apple Store on October 29, 2022, the product was noted on my receipt as BELKIN ULTRAGLASS SPA IPH 14 PRO MAX-ZML, and listed a lifetime warranty replacement. Since I purchased the screen protector I have requested a replacement approximately three times, and they sent me the replacement to my address with no issues. I processed a new replacement request due to quality concerns with the screen protector on March 28th, 2025 and received a response on April 2, 2025 that I had to choose a different address because my address was not acceptable, even after the same address was used before. I provide the Apple Store address as an alternative, since the replacement would take place at the ***********, yet this address was also denied on April 3, 2025 and Belkin demanded a different address, saying my claim would be closed if I didn't provide another address. It is important to note that Belkin has a history of receiving complaints for failing to meet its warranty agreements. In the case ******** v. Belkin International, Inc. (filed around *********), which involved allegations that Belkin misrepresented its lifetime warranty for certain products. The lawsuit claimed that Belkin refused to honor lifetime warranties by either denying claims or offering store credit instead of replacement products. There have also been consumer complaints filed with various regulatory bodies about difficulties with Belkin's warranty claim process, including allegations of excessive hurdles to obtaining warranty service.Based on my recent experience, Belkin continues to use tactics through its customer service agents, to deny warranty claims and the public should know this before buying their products.

    My screen protector from Belkin is defective and cracked simply by putting it in my bag to go through security at the airport. Belkin will not honor the warrant and the screen protector is only 3 months old.

    Looking to warranty my UltraGlass Treated Screen Protector for iPhone 12 seeing it started peeling off on its own and it scratched up and looks like its gonna crack in one of the corners, but I dont know if thats a crackor scratch and now it totally came off and I dont almost like the sticky stuff wore out and I got it 8/17/24

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor service I have received from Belkin ************* for a warranty on my wifes iPhone screen protector (Belkin UltraGlass SPS iPhone 15 Pro, HR292ZM/A). This warranty, purchased on May 19, 2024, from the *********** in *********, **, promised a replacement screen protector in case of damage. However, my experience has been an ongoing frustration.On January 15, 2025, I submitted a warranty replacement request (Case Number: ********). Despite fulfilling all requirements, including proof of purchase and product registration, Belkin has failed to deliver the promised replacement in a timely manner.Timeline of interactions:1.January 15, 2025: Submitted request; Belkin confirmed (RMA1123247) and promised shipment in 35 days.2.January 19, 2025: Emailed Belkin seeking clarification on the process.3.January 21, 2025: Belkin requested proof of purchase, which I provided promptly.4.January 22, 2025: Received conflicting emailsone promised shipment upon restock, and another offered a self-applied screen protector instead of the professionally installed ********** date, no resolution has been provided. The delays, conflicting emails, and offer of an inferior product demonstrate a lack of accountability and quality service.I request the following resolutions:1.Immediate shipment of a professionally installed screen protector as per the original warranty.2.A written apology for mishandling my case and failing to meet the warranty terms.If these resolutions are not provided promptly, I will escalate my complaint to additional consumer protection agencies, such as the ****Please let me know if further information is needed.     Dear Belkin Support Team,I am reaching out to request a warranty replacement for my Belkin ******mAh power bank (Model: BPB011BTBK, Serial: ***************, which I purchased on ****** in October 2022. Unfortunately, the product began to malfunction and swell, creating a significant safety ********** the power bank is still under its two-year warranty, I initially contacted ****** for assistance. They informed me that I need to directly contact Belkin since there is no authorized service center in ******. I subsequently filled out the *** form and received the reference number ********. However, I was instructed to return the product to a local store with a valid receipt, which is not an option available to me.Out of safety concerns, I documented the condition of the swollen product with photos and promptly disposed of it at a battery recycling box to avoid any risk of explosion.Given the circumstances, I kindly request a resolution.     I purchased the linksys MX8000 from amazon April 2024. I have been experiencing wifi/internet failure multiple times over the months of ownership. I tried all trouble shooting methods provided by their customer service, which did not fix the problem. I have tried to use ethernet cable from the modem directly, and verified that the modem is in good working condition. I have to restart the linksys every time it fails, and it's very time consuming (long reboot time). I need a stable internet at home for work, and for home monitoring when I am away. I will not be able to restart the router and get internet when I am away, which mean my home will not be monitored. I have requested for replacement as the device is within 2 years warranty period.
