    when i am trying to enter the program has occurred numerous times. Usually, after 4 or 5 times (using the temporary password sent to me0 cI finally get n. Of course, that means I have to keep changing my password, Very frustrating.

    Of all the organizations I have coupled with for the benefit of my practice, Stamps.Com has to be the very best. It is simple to use, easy to understandm, help is always available if I am ever stumped on some issue. Stamps.Com answers the phone immediately wheneven I have called with a quesiton or problem - none of that nasty hold music like so many big companies use (probably to get people to hang up).The program is very easy to understand and use. Couldn't ask for anything more other than several other companies I have to use that do not have any of the beneficial helpful oprerations that Stamps.Com has. Thank you.

    We have been with Stamps.com for over 8 years. Everything was working great and in November of 2022 we had $80 worth of stamps that mis-printed because of a printer malfunction. We followed the instructions on how to get a refund for the stamps. This was all completed in November on the same day the misprint occurred. We received notice from Stamps.com that the misprinted postage stamps had been turned over to **** for final approval. We heard nothing for 3 months. We finally emailed **************** at ********************** and they replied asking ** for more information regarding our account. We called them on the phone to clear this up person to person. The customer service gal that we spoke to gathered all the information she needed to find our account. She found the email from ** and their email response back to **. After checking with several people on her end, she said that they were going to look into this matter further with **** but as a curtesy to **, they refunded all the money back into our Stamps account. We were very pleased with the service we received today!

    My office had a huge postage meter. Now that I have closed the office, Stamps.com replaces that expensive in-office device. I needed help to start using it, but once set up with the help of a very knowledgeable (and patient) customer service representative, I am grateful to have a pseudo-postage meter back in my world! I am a new user, so time will tell, but so far so good.

    I have been using Stamps.com for 8 years. They are always there when I need them and actually have a real person to answer the phone without going thru a bunch of steps to even get there. They are very responsive thru email as well. I highly recommend and trust Stamps.com and will continue to use them.

    Very happy using Stamps.com. The website is very easy to use and navigate. It keeps a history of every transaction. I had an issue with my printer which caused my balance to deplete, but once I contacted them I was able to get it corrected. The customer service was great. I am a small business and this is so helpful so I am not running back and forth to the post office. I recommend them highly.

    I have been pleased with STAMPS.COM for quite a few years because I do not have to go to the post office. I am able to customize my stamps, make mailing labels, and prepare packages from my home office.
    The customer service has always been knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful with any inquiries I may have and to correct any of my errors.

    Spoke to a customer rep yesterday and got the problem solved.
    So far the service has been great, but I have only been a customer less than a month
