We've used Stamps.com for a few years now. It is very user friendly and with the discounted postage, it more than covers the monthly fee. Any questions and/or assistance is met with professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. Best choice to cover shipping we've made.Stamps.com

Stamps.com has brought efficiency to our bills mailing process, as well as, convenience for my BOM when she needs a registered letter mailed. Recently, I needed to speak with customer service. I have used Stamps.com for many years. It is a good way to print envelopes, labels and postage. The program works consistently but occassionally has an issue. Luckily the customer service is very good. It is ideal for a small business. The software include ways to track expenses by client. I recommend it.Stamps.com

BEEN A USER OF ******************** FOR SEVERAL YEARS. AS THE SAYING GOES "A LUXURY ONCE ENJOYED BECOMES A NECESSITY". THE CONVENIENCE OF NOT HAVING TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE CANNOT BE STRESSED ENOUGH. WHEN COMPARED TO HAVING TO INTERACT WITH THE BUSINESS UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE AT POST OFFICES, STAMPS.COM EMPLOYEES ARE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP YOU INSTEAD OF "GROWLING" WHEN YOU REQUIRE THEM TO DO SOMETHING THAT IS PART OF THEIR JOB TO BEGIN WITH. MY CURRENT SOFTWARE HAS ONE CHANGE THAT IS A PROBLEM FOR ME. OUR USE IS LARGE, FLAT RATE PRIORITY ENVELOPS IN ADDITION TO THE SHEETS OF STAMPS. NOW WE HAVE TO ENTER DEMENTIONS FOR THOSE PRIORITY ENVELOPS (12"L 9"W 1" H). WITHOUT THIS THE MAILING LABEL WITH THE POSTAGE WILL NOT PRINT. THE PROBLEM IS THIS HAS TO BE ENTERED AFTER EACH PIECE. IT IS TIME CONSUMING AND GENERALLY A PAIN IN THE ***** THERE NEEDS TO BE A WAY TO LOCK IN THOSE DEMENTIONS INSTEAD OF ENTERING FOR EACH PIECE WHICH IN MY CASE, IS THE SAME SIZE EACH TIME.Stamps.com

We have been using Stamps.com since June and are extremely satisfied with their product. The customer service and technical support have been outstanding. It is extremely easy to use. We previously had postage meters from several companies and have found Stamps.com to be superior in every way including the cost for Stamps.com is much less than that we had with the postage meters. I would highly recommend Stamps.com.Stamps.com

Recently used the Stamps.com online application to print metered stamps. Was happy to see the app kept track of the stamps per page I printed as I needed only seven (7) $0.04 stamps to add with some left over $0.53 stamps. Then I was able to print the rest of the page with $0.57 stamps. I also planned to buy more stamp labels and while the price of the sheets was o.k., the cost to mail them to me was nearly the same making buying labels from Stamps.com not cost effective in small quantities. For a small time user like me, using ********************** is more a convenience of not having to go to a post office than a cost savings. I have been a long time small usage user of ********************** and will continue to be so. However, in using the online application I am always worried I will mistakenly print a paid for postage, e.g. printer page orientation or unnoticed misspelling. Stamps.com needs to offer another way of recovering from an error or even allowing a watermark print from the printer. Current process is to request a time delayed **** refund which just adds to the complication of using this app.Stamps.com

I have been using Stamps.com for many years in my small business. I have 15 employees who use it. Every time we've had an issue or accidentally locked ourselves out, Stamps.com has been very helpful. The representatives I've talked with are very nice, helpful and professional. The software is extremely easy to use and prints right to your own printer. You can print onto peel and stick stamps, labels or even directly onto envelopes. Easy, effective and supportive. Thanks Stamps.com *******Stamps.com
