    Very misleading subscription. Thought I was just buying a roll of stamps and ended up prey to their subscription fees. Do not shop here. Support your local post office.

    Hi *****, I apologize for the misunderstanding and rest assured we show that our representative ***** resolved this issue for you.  If we can help further, please let us know.  We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our fees.  We hear your concerns and we always aim to fully disclose our fees before any account can be created.  We don't advertise or offer a free or pay-as-you-go service, and as disclosed and explained during registration, we do charge a monthly fee after the 4-Week Trial Period.  We do not sell rolls or books of stamps, as the service we offer is the ability to print postage.  Stamps.com is a PC Postage Vendor licensed and approved by the ***** We are a separate company from the **** itself.

    Be aware if you sign up. It's a good service, but I didn't understand that I was signing up for a subscription. I signed up for their service as a way to use **** first class mail to avoid a trip to the ************ It was not clear to me that I would be responsible for a high monthly charge. I used their service a few times over a few months. It's a great service, but the monthly charge is ridiculous for an occasional user. I have regretfully spent a lot of money for nothing at all. I do bear responsibility in this, but it wasn't clear to me that I was incurring a monthly charge of $20+ dollars. Stamps.com should consider a one time fee for occasional use as a recurring charge makes no sense.

We appreciate and consider your feedback and take our customers concerns very seriously.  Normally, a customer is responsible for all service fees.  However, rest assured that we have issued a courtesy refund totaling $147.18 to your credit card.  We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our fees.  We hear your concerns and we always aim to fully disclose our fees before any account can be created.  We don't advertise or offer a free or pay-as-you-go service, and as disclosed and explained during registration, we do charge a monthly fee after the 4-Week Trial Period, which ended on your account on 1/12/2023.  

    The fee we charge gives you access to services of the *********** and the license to print official U.S. postage. Its a flat fee that is not determined by how much postage you print.  Stamps.com is a vendor licensed by the ***** and all paid postage goes directly to the ***********. In order to offer our standard service, we do charge a monthly subscription fee.

    We never charge people without their full agreement during our online registration process.  Our service fee is not based on usage or activity.  The monthly subscription service fee that Stamps.com charges is for access of the Stamps.com software, which allows customers to print postage from the comfort of their home or small office using just a PC and a printer.  Our service is a monthly subscription service so its not based on usage of the software, but rather on having access to using it.

    Stay away from this company called "Stamps.com". This company is a pure scam and charges credit card for no reason and no goods sold. I logged into account and saw they are making a recurring charge of ***** per month and there is absolutely no item being sold for that ***** each month nor anything was purchased by me. If there was a negative star or zero star rating, this company would deserve one.All the 5 star ratings posted seem false and not trustworthy.See blog posting below for detailed info ********************************************************************

    I have canceled and contacted to get my account deleted multiple times and they keep charging my card . I had to file a claim with my personal credit company to get them blocked and I still receive statements claiming I owe them over $150 . DO NOT use this site they will never stop charging you .

    I cancelled my account with them over a month ago. They continue to try to bill my card for $39.99 even tho they claim over and over again there is no balance on my account, I owe them nothing. But they can't give me a reason as to why they continue to charge me. Or why they can't delete my account information from their system.
