    Stamps.com is extremely easy to use....saves trips to the post office, etc. We use it for mass mailings once a year....we just create an account, use it, then cancel the account. I love that Stamps is okay with us using it this way. We've used it the last 3 years for our mailings.

    After canceling my trial account and getting an email confirming such, they still charged my card! I never used the service!

    We apologize for any misunderstanding that occurred.  We show that your 4-week trial had ended on 7/2/23.  We show that you cancelled on 7/3/23.  I know how inconvenient encountering issues like this can be.  Our trial period is exactly 4 weeks.  Were sorry to hear that you havent been using the Stamps.com features and services available to you with your account.  The monthly service fee is a flat rate fee that provides access to your account. The fee is not based on usage or activity.

    I find the convenience of Stamps.com and saving of time well worth the cost. There IS a cost -- for the stamp blanks as well as a monthly fee, but I've accepted it as a cost of doing business. (The ****** Services discounts the postage, so some of the cost is saved in the discounts.)The program makes it easy to check when packages were delivered and to check postage costs. I'm grateful for the service, and I appreciate that the Priority Mail labels give my mail a professional look.

    Horrible! Created account in April to send a label to someone I was buying an item from. For whatever reason, I couldn't get it to work and was thankful because I realized they weren't affiliated with ***** So I went onto **** click and ship and created and paid for label. Fast forward over two months and they just charged my credit card $21.19. This is ridiculous! I never used their service and it better be cancelled immediately! *****************************

    We have been providing service to all types of mailers and shippers since ****, and Stamps.com is a PC Postage Vendor licensed and approved by the ***** and has been approved to offer service since ****. 

    To best serve our customers, we provide the terms for Stamps.com accounts during the registration process. Stamps.com accounts cannot be created without customers indicating that theyve read the terms and conditions. We believe in full disclosure, which is why we provide our terms ( ******************************************** ) on a single webpage during the registration process.

    During registration for a Stamps.com account, we explain that your credit card will not be charged unless you continue past the four-week trial or buy additional postage and Online Store products.

    In addition, immediately after sign-up, new customers are sent a Welcome Email with the same terms outlined, along with information about the monthly flat rate fee if you choose to continue past the trial month.
