I put $595 down. I decided to do the 6 monthly payments. I could no longer afford the payments so I called for a refund. I never worked with a navigator I left a message for her on 01/31/2025 and she never returned the call. Today they finally reached out for refunding my deposit, after at least a week. They told me they will only refund $245. For having ZERO services rendered, holding $350 is insane. This organization claims to want to help veterans, but handcuffs them. Dont put ANY money down unless you are willing to lose it.

AC Veteran Support was extremely thorough. Al set expectations up front regarding timeline and cost, and based on our discussions, he set reasonable expectations for results. The communication after payment was absolutely 0. In the beginning they were super nice told me what I wanted to hear but after I payed it was a mission to get any kind of update or answer from my navigator. My anxiety was through the roof. I would have to call multiple times a week and cc everyone i could to gets updates, answers and information about what I was doing. I will say my rating was in increased but after having to research everything myself, collect the documents, talk to doctors and submit everything myself I question what they actually did. When I had questions I went to reddit, ****** and *******. Even when it was all over they could not respond in a timely manner and help me with a simple question. this is definitely something Veterans can tackle alone or with a free option. I believe they failed to keep their promises and I should be entitled to a refund since I litteraly did all the work.REE Medical LLC

I worked with ***** ***** and other team members and their assistance was beyond top notch. While my case is still open with pending final decisions, I felt that I should express my gratitude for their work and dedication. I'm not a customer complaining of results because there were none. I paid full price for a service and was not contacted unless I reached out to them first. I waited a week after payment before I reached out because it was right after the holidays and even than I received a message that they are reviewing my documents. They "never" answer the phone when I call. It goes to voice mail and then they ***ly back through text. I have received a total of 3 calls from them which has led to "we'll get back to you". I received a text message that a *** had been assigned and would be reaching out to me. Several days later I received another text message from the *** stating that no one has had the opportunity to review my documents and within a week she would. A day later I requested a refund. I was informed again through text that they would be reviewing my account. I can continue, but you get the merry go round. I call, they respond a few hours or days later. After finally speaking with a *** I was told that they would process my refund request "with the exception" of a few hundred dollars for the work they have already done. What work? I was also told that the refund will take several weeks. I've contacted a lawyer to review my recordings and text messages to seek a full refund. But please be careful. Theres no way this company could get a 4.57 rating. If they are treating veterans as such, what will they do to you?REE Medical LLC

I was referred by a fellow veteran and friend to ReeMedical. They told me about their great experience and highly recommended them to me. I called them and from start to end they were extremely attentive and professional. For the most part they returned my calls, emails or texts promptly. Walked me through the whole process. I was a bit skeptical at first because some site said run if they ask for money up front. Well this was the best money I spent. They got me from %60 to %100 and total and permanent disability. The doctor I saw was well qualified and understood my medical issues as well. I have recommended this friends as well as would recommend them to anyone seeking a little extra help and making the process a bit less confusing.REE Medical LLC

I was referred to REE by a friend o' mine. He reassured me that they mean business and that they knew what they could and could not do.Once I talked one o' their team members I was convinced they were the right fit for me, so much so that I contracted them right away 'n paid up front. (That's how much confidence they instilled in me). The process seemed cumbersome as some of the stuff I had to do (they guide U all through the process). But as they say... U have to put in the work if U want positive results. For those of U that are hesitant and not sure of what to do, all I can say is... "just do *********** their plan. High five to the whole team. I do refer REE to all veterans that are stagnant and don't know where to turn. BEST money I ever spent. Keep up the good work!!REE Medical LLC

I served for 6 years, and did not receive adequate medical care while in service or after. I was black balled at every turn. *** nor *************** would take the steps I needed or they were not knowledgeable enough to help. Ree Medical was able and willing to do what was needed. They held my hand the whole time. The money was absolutely worth it for the help I got!REE Medical LLC
