I was charged twice, and despite my request for a refund, nothing was resolved. Someone from the office called and left messages but never answered when I tried to return the call. This has been a terrible customer service experience. I won't be dealing with this company again, but I still need my refund of over $1,000.

REE Medical did an outstanding job! ** ******* was my support **** which he did an AMAZING job. Any chance I get, I always try to refer my friends and family to him. He was honest and up front about everything with me. He was always available to communicate with me when I had issues or just simply had a question. Overall if I had to go through the process again, I'd be more than willing to work with Al again. He helped me get increased from 90% to 100%! The process was quick for me. I would say from the time Al and I made contact till the time I got my VA letter of completion, was about 6 months. So thank you for providing me with great service and an easy process!!!!!REE Medical LLC

They have Charged me $545 1st did not get someone to me within the 1st 3 weeks of the month I paid, when I called back for a refund it took them two weeks to refund me a incorrect amount of $195. Now when I'm calling back for my remaining balance they keep giving me a run around transfer me twice then a Operator answers stating they can only take a message cannot guarantee anything. They have done this too me twice and no one calls back or cares about the message i left. They are ripping off Veterans it is a horrible business.REE Medical LLC

First off I didn't begin with REE medical. They swooped in and took over the agency I was working with then demanded I pay up or they wouldn't be going forward with anything the company before had already began, nor would they be honoring any prior agreements made for payment ( pay after you get your increase and back pay ). Pay agreement then became - PAY UP OR WE WON'T MOVE FORWARD! Well I paid up back in the first week of May 2024 and they talked all this big talk about how they would get me my last 10% with no problem at all. I was told to expect to have everything ready to file around July to late August. Since then, I hear nothing unless I bother them. They miss dated my intent to file expiration date as jan 2023 but didn't bother to tell me, my file just sat there. I found this out after calling and hearing nothing for probably a month. Then in the last 6 months , almost 7 now, they've told me thrice that I've just started the same exact phase. First it was 3-4 months, then 8-10 weeks. Now it's oh you started the same process again, which is the longest phase of the process, but this time no time frame. This comes after I emailed them again today addressing my concerns such as their lack of communication, lack of results and professionalism; of which they completely ignored. I started my intent to file in jan 2024 this year with the previous agency and did everything in a timely manner. I chose not to go with REE in the first place, but here they came taking over the agency I started with earlier this year. Everything was going great until they got involved. This feels like a complete scam. It has been as bad of an experience as dealing with the VA. I'll be demanding a FULL REFUND. I most definitely will NOT be recommending this group to any veteran. After fighting with the VA for almost the last decade, I thought I finally found the help I needed to break through. Instead I'm back in the same boat demoralized and not wanting to have to start over again.REE Medical LLC

***** and the team at *** were very helpful in what would otherwise be a very confusing drawn out process full of legal, medical, and technical jargon and took the vast majority of the work and stress off of my plate.
