Beyond expectations, the work of my representative, and all of the efforts provided by *** help to fill in the gap that I had in my brain when it comes to dealing with the VA they were very professional. All of their staff was there to help and they did a super job and helping me get my disability rating to help me going forward in the future.REE Medical LLC

Outstanding job. I sent my info to them on a Tuesday and by Friday I was already being scheduled for an exam. Within 2 weeks I went to my appointment and had the *** i my email the next day! Longest part of the process was waiting on the VA as usual. Filed May 29th and received my rating Oct 6th. My real math percentage was 220 with a 90 percent rating in VA math. After the new rating I'm 320 in real math and 100 in VA math. The **** blew them away apparently. REE stayed in contact with me every few weeks through the whole process. I used Trajector before and even tho they took me from 60 to 90 they were a pain in a$$ to work with and constantly harassed me about paperwork they already had.smh I highly recommend REE Medical if you need help with the VA red tape!REE Medical LLC

I never would've been able to navigate the claims process without REE. I was treated with compassion and respect throughout the whole process. ***'s staff and doctors were not only experts with the ** claims processes, they really are out there to help veterans. Another big thing vets will want to know before getting started with REE is whether they are just there to take your money and ghost, and that is simply not the case. The *** team is invested in your claims process from start to finish. Well worth having them on your side.REE Medical LLC

I dealt mainly with ***** ***** and she was very professional, helpful and guided me through the process. She was able to answer all of my questions when I asked them and there was no downtime in the rntire process. It was a pleasure working with her and the entire staff. @****** and the entire REE Medical staff were absolutely amazing!The timeline from when I paid until I received my completed DBQs (with detailed upload instructions) was around 5 months 2 weeks. The ** took around four months to get me my decision. The entire timeline from my contact/payment too REE Medical until the VA came back with my claim was about 9 months and 2 weeks ******* very fortunate to receive an increase in my disability!Theyre well worth the price tag for the assistance. It takes REE Medical a little too long to get your DBQ(s) back but, you can not argue with their results!!The REE Medical staff were to assist me every step of the way. Not one time I felt as if I was just a customer. I felt supported by them and felt like theyre actually there to help Veterans get the disability claim that they need and deserve.REE Medical LLC

I'm absolutely blown away with the wonderful experience with this company! Amazing support all the way through the process with very clear directions along the way. Representatives were personable and responsive to any questions, taking plenty of time address any concerns and answer any and all questions. Process was super smooth and quick. I had a wonderful experience working with this company. I went in with the expectation that they wouldn't be able to really do anything. The entire process from first contact to decision letter was 11 months. I received clear communication from **** at the start and continued comms with him throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and let me know I could reach out for questions. Once the decision letter finally arrived and I was granted an increase, based on the exams submitted by ***, I forwarded the information to my contact. Ree medical had fully taken over for vetlink by this time. I called the office after I emailed the decision letter and from ***** to ******* to ******, everyone had wonderful communication and customer service. They gave me the updated paperwork I needed, I understood everything I signed and was able to make my payment to them over the phone seamlessly.REE Medical LLC

REE had impeccable customer service and it was accurately reflected over several months with multiple, at least a dozen different representatives with different job specifications. I had very little faith in a service that was recommended over the use of a law firm. I was dismayed initially but the upfront cost. However, several ways to make those payments up front were clear and concise. I opted to pay in full with expedition. I do understand from a consumer standpoint how thousands of dollars could sound crippling; this is the reason payment plans are optional. The physicians I worked with on my claim were exemplary and thorough. I have had different experiences directly with the VA that were not only completed physically hands off but had never reviewed my own medical records. This contract MD had- extensively. The one time fee paid for itself Vs waiting several more years, appeals, and excessive and unnecessary C&P exams with untrained medical providers who get paid one time fees from the VA to perform these exams or fighting with law firms. I think this is key to a consumers when weighing options and mitigating costs over time and losing years to qualify based on the VA's own rating criteria. I also think its important to note that not everyone will have the same outcome. Yet, 9/10 people I have networked with who have used REE have had positive outcomes and been rated thoughtfully and accurately. I will continue to reflect this. Overall I am beyond satisfied with the outcome and the way they handled my case from inception.REE Medical LLC

I worked with **** starting last year. My disability rating was 60%. Went thru their process....providing info, docs from VA and anything else requested. End result was I was reclassified to 100%.. Well done by ****.. Very satisfied! My contacte person there was *****. Her job title is long; would just describe her as my 'helper'. She was most helpful, informative and patient with me. ***** was always prompt getting back to me to answer questions or work with me on computer stuff. Shout out to *****. Thank you.REE Medical LLC
