      Specialty Builders *** Licenses #******* are very deceptive in the financing of landscaping work. They came to my home and basically did landscaping of placing artificial turf and gravel along wuth some pavers . They said that the ******************* would give a rebate of ***** dollars for the water saving landscaping work and they would add that rebate to a charge of ***** making it 37 thousand in total. The sales Person told me that my money payment would be approximately between 250 to 280 per month for 15 years. They asked me to sign a loan agreement with ************* which I signed online. They did not mention that I had 3 days to cancel the loan after signing. The loan stated that my payment would be 430 dollars per month for 15 years at **** % interest rate. I initially refused to sign because that would amount to me paying over 77 thousand dollars for artificial turf , gravel and a few pavers. The sales person was at my home over an hour convincing me that I would not be paying that amount monthly after the rebate is added my payment would be reduced to less than 300 dollars per month. The ************* rep called me a week later and told me that no matter how much I paid on the loan my monthly payments would not go lower than 430 dollars per month. Overall ************ is very deceptive in marketing and cannot be trusted when they offer financing for work done.

      ***** was extremely helpful with the entire process and easily gave me a quote that was perfectly in my budget. They were on time and explained how everything was gonna go down. The entire outcome of my yard came out beautiful, will forever recommend to anyone and everyone. thanks *****
