      Mr. *** was an excellent service rep. ** helped me set up my life alert. ** was accommodating, compassionate and listen to my questions. I would recommend a service anyone.

      ***** was very helpful and patient while setting up m mothers LifeAlert system. Wish it could be louder but well work around that.

      The gal who helped me set everything thing up for my parents system explained about all the equipment and was very thorough.

      I was miss lead on few important fact. I was told different time I had to pay the $195. I wasn't told that there was a deadline date to connect the machine or my account would be cancelled. Last but the least, when the first tech called about putting the machine on line, she should have told me then there was a cutoff date. Today I get another (July 21, 2023) phone call to connect and I informed her my mother couldn't do it until July 24th. She informed me it had to be done today. I think someone should had notified me before on the day it had to be done.

      I was more than happy with all the customer service support people. I was very emotional talking to ****** she calmed me down. ****** helped me get started with the life alert system. Now I feel confident about my mom being alone at night while I work. Thank you so much ******.
