  Overall, I cannot recommend Life Alert enough. It has truly made a positive impact on our lives. The exceptional service, quick response times, and comprehensive protection make it a must-have for anyone with elderly loved ones or individuals who may need immediate assistance in case of emergencies.

  ******************* was the agent that helped me get Life Alert started for my Mother in Law. She was so helpful and informative! I had no idea life alert had so many different ways to help **. Its more than just alerting for help when she falls, it helps her in her everyday life! This has been a huge relief to our family, knowing she has 24/7 care when needed. Thank you!

  **************** from the sales representative through to the service installation confirmation representative was just excellent. The whole process was easy getting my Mom a service you hope she'll never need, but it's good to know she has it.

  Im really impressed with this device. It had a activation fee just like a cell phone which I expected. This device gives her some of her ***************** and I can tell she feels safer having it on. The activation was simple, and they did a test call on the device to make sure everything was working properly. My grandmother is very hard hearing and this thing is loud. And its VERY simple for her to use. ONE BUTTON. thats it. I went with the top tier plan which has 24hr access to a RN with a push of the button, but also auto fall alert. It works by knowing the users center of gravity, if they fall the device automatically contacts the company. The company then calls the device and if there is no response, they automatically send an ambulance to the address as well as contacts me. This could be a critical life-saving feature if the user was knocked unconscious, and/or bleeding from a severe head wound. Its given me such a piece of mind, and you cant put a price on that

  Amazing service ! Has been a huge help to our family . C.s has been great thru out the whole process very easy to get started and set up ! The non charging battery is such a great feature.

  Life alert has always been there for 3 years now and counting i decided to sign up as im a widow and i didnt want to be home alone without help. Im glad i havent had to use it yet but it gives me piece of mind. Im still a **** 82 years old ;).

  Everyone that I spoke to at LIFE ALERT was very helpful, from the first time I called them to setting up the equipment.I feel much more comfortable being on my own with the LIFE ALERT. To me it's a life changer.
