      ******* stayed on the line and was very helpful at getting the unit connected. It was very easy to do and very fast to do. I'm so glad that we have life alert. Now I know Mom is safe all the equipment came in very good condition and worked flawlessly. The staff was very helpful at getting this done! I highly recommend this to everyone!
