  Had a problem With my generator and called customer service. *************************** took my call and she Very knowledgeable and very patient . She went above and beyond customer service. I needed a new CO sensor She told me it would take seven days for the new CO sensor to arrive but I couldnt wait that long. I needed it right away so she overnighted my part . I cant thank you enough For the great service.

  Phone number for customer support easily connected me to *******. She was AMAZING! I had purchased a floor model power washer. I couldn't get it going. She was so helpful with texting detailed instructions and replacement parts. Very friendly and you can tell the company will treat their customers right! Would recommend 10 out of 10!

  I needed a choke cable replacement for my A-iPower 2300 watt generator which had become frayed after I removed it to clean the pilot jet on the carburetor. The generator was near the end of the 3 year warranty period. I was able to speak with ***** who was an immense help in finding the correct replacement part to fix the problem. She actually went to the warehouse to verify the part was in stock. This lady was courteous and was anxious to help me with this problem. The part was ordered and arrived at my address in 4 days. I installed the new part, and it worked like a charm. 200 hours or so and the generator starts and runs like new. By the way, make certain you drain the carb at the end of your camping season. The methanol in our gas will clog things up after a few idle months. Thanks A-iPower and ***** for your help.

  ******* was friendly a good listener and very helpful. She sent me good links to remove and clean the carburetor on my APW2700 Power Washer. When I finished the task, I was able to start it on the second pull of the cord. I was Happy!

  Exceptional customer service. I contacted ********************** regarding a broken fitting on my 4 year old power washer. Without hesitation ****** from A-iPower shipped out the replacement part at no cost to me. This level of customer service is rare these days. ****** was very pleasant to work with and kept me informed through out the process. I highly recommend A-iPower because they obviously stand behind their products..

  Lafayette and ********************** people at *********************** were fantastic with regard to their responsiveness. Quick and detailed on the help. I was able to get ******************* by email but they offered phone contact if I needed it. I have a couple of generators that had only been started to run a test for generating power when new. They both worked fine. I hadnt started them for over 7 months and wanted to test again since spring is here. I couldnt get either of them to start so emailed Ipower. They quickly gave me links to videos and offered help. The real issue was my fault. I did not use these units since new, ran the gasoline out of them but did not drain the carburetor bowl through the drain tube as per instructions. After watching the video and cleaning the jets, the units both started. Once the units ran several minutes, they worked perfectly. ************** customer service is rare. *********************** has the best customer service I have used lately.
