    Very friendly and professional service. Good customer relationship.I have ******* with low wattage output.When I call them for help, they send replacement parts right away.They follow up output of my unit after parts replacement.Somehow replacement part did not solve the issue so I drop my unit at their place to check.Finally my unit problem has solved.

    ****** ****** is a true asset to the company she works for. She was very helpful friendly, and professional. I would hire her in a New York minute. As for the generator, IXOS2300I ,there is a tube that if the float in the carburetor malfunctions, gas pours into the unit. Engineering needs to address this as it's a huge safety problem. A fuel filter would also improve quality.

    I had a no start problem due to a faulty oil sensor. I explained the problem and the urgent need to get the generator running ASAP to ****** ******* , he researched the issue and walked me thru the temporary resolution and got the generator back in service. The patience, professionalism, courtesy and service provided by Mr. ******* is indeed a very rare occurrence in todays time. I find it difficult to express in words the gratitude i have for the excellent service i received from ******, I applaud his company for employing a service person with these qualities.I want to express, in writing, a personal THANK YOU to Mr. ****** ******* for service above and beyond what i expected.

    Their customer service representative ****** was very friendly and professional by understanding the case and offering the help needed with short time. Also, she offered a follow up if the case needed.Their product Generator is really good product that helped me to power my house back after the ****** Hurricane last week.I appreciate their service!***, **********, **.
