    5000W GAS GENERATOR: Purchased new from **********. After running it for a few hours, oil was seen leaking out. Engine had a crack and a pin hole in the bottom from either shipping, or a previous return that the store chose to sell as new. Either way, ****** ****** in customer service initially asked me to drain all fluids, put in a box, and ship it from ******* to ** with a return label they would send. The next day, she let me know that returning the unit wasnt going to be necessary and they would send me a new one. It arrived within 3 days. This is a perfect example of what customer service should be. I really appreciate how this has been handled and will only have good things to say about A-Ipower to anyone who asks.

    Worked with ****** to troubleshoot an issue with a generator. A pleasure to work with. Eventually resulted in sending out a replacement unit In a timely manner.

    After seeing a family member using the GSX1500i, I decided to purchase one for myself. The unit runs perfect, is super quiet, and has the perfect amount of power for what i need while camping. Its very compact and light. The build quality is very good for a unit in this price range! I did have an issue and the carb float drain s**** was lost during transportation. I reached out to A-iPower and they are shipping out a new drain s**** at no charge, no questions asked! Now that's customer service!.

    **************** (*******) was awesome! Working on the carb to clean the jets on my buddys SUA2300, and the o-ring for the float bowl tore. ******* is sending me a new one without charge.I wish all companies operated like this!Thanks a-ipower!

    I received a generator that has a problem,I called ****** ,he ask what the problem was, and told me what to do and how to do it , I received another generator before I returned the first one, WOW , thats how business is done, I will tell all my friends and family about this company thank you so much, *********************.

    I purchased an A-iPower 4300W generator from Amazon just under a year ago. The purchase was to use it with my camper at various RV sites throughout the state. On a few occasions, it would leak fuel for no apparent reason. I contacted A-iPower customer service and initially spoke to ***************************. He took my information and soon determined that since the generator was still under warranty, replacing it was the best option. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and ability to remedy the problem right away. On a follow-up call, ******* was just as helpful and professional with updating me on the status of shipping. I am very pleased with what they both did.

    I bought an A-iPower washer through a discount store 3 years ago. The pump went out and I wasn't sure what to do. I found their service center number and within minutes of starting the call, they were sending me information to replace the part at no cost to me! I was astonished and so pleased with the support through the process. 100 out of 100 stars for them!Thank you!

    Bought on sale at costco.for 699$For the price cant beat it along with a 3year warranty.****** tried the propane yet, but pretty awesome feature that i will probably use in the fall months the keep the generator running all night.Not as quiet as i expected, but heard worst.I have 50 of cord to put the generator away from camper.Great Customer service!So far i would recommend
