    I purchased an Sau 2300i about five years ago. It has always been a good running machine. It has always started easily. I just recently took it on a trip to the Rockies. That was when I had a problem with misfiring and no output. Come to find out that I needed a high altitude kit. Talked to the service department and they will be sending me a kit for free. Just pay shipping. They stand behind their products even after years of ownership.

    I purchased the duel fuel generator and it works great. I havent tried it on gasoline just propane from my travel trailer. While I was preparing the unit for first time use I noticed a rubber grommet that help hold on the maintenance panel was missing. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement right away. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend them.

    Purchased a SUA7600iED through Amazon warehouse. Being a warehouse deal it was a teyurn purchase. Though no fault of A-ipower it had some issues. Where this company stands out. Got the generator going and even though didn't purchase directly through them they went above and beyond getting me customer service. Generator is running strong. Ran a camper for a week at ********* and several other camping trips. Every commented how quiet it was for a 7600.This company has my business.

    The pressure washer i ordered through ****** performs great and makes pressure washing very efficient. It is easy to start even though it is one of the largest ones. When paired with the flat surface tool it makes cleaning driveways and walk ways a one pass effort. Great buy! The company was very helpful responding to a couple of questions! Overall great experience!

    I have a SC2300 (small inverter generator) and it has always run well. We live in ******* and just had that wacky Derecho and lost power for a few days. ****** got me, and I couldn't get it started. After trying some fuel treatments, I inadvertently ended up having the cord wrap under the Multi-switch k*** and tear it off. At that point, our power was back so I pulled the fuel bowl off (quite easily, really) and got the jets cleaned out. Then it ran fine, but I still needed a new Multi-switch. I emailed A-i Power expecting my email to never be answered. But they quickly responded, and we had a new part mailed a day later. They were real people (in **********) and they spoke English! Unfortunately, I am dumb and actually needed another part. So, I called them back and they instantly knew who I was, what I was calling about, and got the second part going even faster. I am really blown away by how good their **************** is. Kudos A-i, ***

    Used the Power Washer 4 times in the past Week. Unit performed perfectly each time. It's very compact and portable and well designed . I purchased it from Princess **** in ******, *******, ******. The power washer was on sale and very good value for the money. I would recommend the i-power 3200 gas powered power washer.

    I purchased an A-I Power SUA-12000E portable generator back in 2019. I am not knowledgeable in the mechanics of these devices and have made mistakes that have compromised the operation of this fine product over the years. ***** and his Support Team at A-I Power are just fantastic to work with. Even though I have made what I now consider obvious mistakes, ***** has been nothing but supportive and constructive guiding me to reasonable solutions that have enabled me to get my device back up and running in a timely and efficient fashion. The A-I Power Support Team is top notch and it is comforting to know they have my back as I use their products. Due to this type of full service experience coupled with their stellar products, I highly recommend A-I Power products to all who are in need.

    Great company to work with. I had problems with the first generator. Within a few days ***** delivered a replacement. ***** talked me through several procedures to try and resolve the issue with the first generator, but unfortunately it would start, but shut off immediately.

    I have a AP5000 generator. With the current storm that wrecked havoc recently in *******, it kept my family comfortable by powering AC and refrigerator. **************** was very helpful in giving me information needed and helping me obtain replacement parts.

    I have a A-i power generator and had questions about the oil type and quantity that I should use in changing the oil. ****** spent 1/2 hour with me with my questions not only on the oil but also several other operational questions. He was able to help me. In the initial phone call, I was asked to leave my name and phone number, and I received a call back within an hour or so. Excellent customer service so far.
