    I had a bad experience with a damaged unit from Jegs; a large automotive parts company. Tomorrow will be one week since I contacted them through e-mail because they wouldn't answer the phone. ANYONE with good eyes should have seen that the unit may have been damaged due to the condition of the box and the yards of tape used to hold it together. They STILL have not contacted me! It was obvious that the unit had taken a big impact such as a forklift. There is NO way they received it from A-i in that condition, because they would have returned it. In the mean time I contacted A-i and met ******. For over 20 yrs my proffession invoved traing retail merchants on customer service and other operational precedures. While Jegs has YET to contact me; ****** has seen to getting me the damged parts delivered to me in a record time. She offered to replace the unit but I told them I could repair it myself with the new parts. I'm 72 yrs old and the customer service I received from ****** and A-i was second to none. They made me realize there are still a few companies out there who knows how important customer service really is. **** has lost a customer but A-i has gained a new loyal one! My gratitude goes out to A-i and especially to ******. They took the extra time to make sure I was taken care of, so the least I can do is take time to know how much it was appreciated. One thing I'll leave with as I often taught; "three out of five customers that have a bad shopping experience will not take time to complain: they'll just take their business elsewhere." Thanks to A-i and ******. You did everything right. *********************. **************

    I purchased an AI pressure washer from *********** I had an issue with the engine and ********** refused to help me. AI power replaced my unit under warranty. The process was easy and stress free. The are very friendly and quick to respond. I would buy one of their products again due to this peace of mind.

    I have to say I was very satisfied but the way that AI power handled this situation.I have to say that ***** did a wonderful job on handling this claim was very courteous and knowledgeable and did all that she could do to get this done. She is such a nice person and I am glad to have a chance to chat with her. thank you again ***** ??????

    The customer service is really good. I was able to email the csr and describe the issue. The csr was able to identify the trouble component and send me a replacement part after only a few emails. The shipping was quick and the replacement part solved the issue. *************************** Was very helpful.

    This company is the best to work with when a problem occurs. They stand behind their product even though it was out of warranty. I'm extremely happy that they went over and beyond to help me with the major issue(engine).They were more than fair when working with me and the engine problem. I proved to them low hours on the generator, well maintained, and there was an internal part failure causing the engine to seize. I proved that a part had failed (defective) with such low hours.The company was understanding and extremely helpful to fairly resolve my issue.I want to thank everyone involved for all the help I received. It's greatly appreciated. Glad to see a company that backs up their products.

    I love the product, I had a couple of issues but I do not blame them. Their customer service was awesome and worked diligently to resolve any issues I had. Very thankful and I cannot say anything wrong with the products and the company! Thank you!
