    I ordered 2 drones and I somehow ended up ordering some extra attachments that I did not know I ordered. I wrote the company that I would like the two drones but not the extra, they told me in an email that it had already shipped so they were not able to subtract the extras. I tracked my order and it had not shipped, that is when I felt something was not right. I emailed back that it had not shipped and I would like to cancel my whole order, I did not hear back for a while, emailed again. I received a standard email telling me to call customer service, the number does not work. I looked at my order and called the 877 number on the order, that number is no longer in service, that is when I got really concerned and wrote to them that neither of their numbers work and they need to cancel my whole order as the items had not shipped yet. I am tracking the shipment every day and it never shipped. I again got the standard message to call customer service (standard message), the number does not work. I am currently disputing the payment with my cc company. BE AWARE this company is no good. Attached see what I have done to cancel my order, and remember my order has not shipped.

    I placed an order with this company 9 days ago and paid for Priority Mail. The confirmation email they returned contained a tracking number. The post office reports: "A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to ****** The phone number provided at the bottom of the confirmation email *************) does not seem to be working.

    I ordered a drone from them on 10/3. They send me an email on 10/4 with the **** tracking number. When I go to track it, **** has no record of it, but that the business "Label Created, not yet in system". They created the label that day, but obviously hasn't send the product out yet. I've tried emailing and I did get a response that I should get my order soon. That was 6 days ago. At this point, I'm not expecting to get it. I'll wait a few more days and if not, I will be cancelling with my credit card company. Really frustrating especially the fact that I paid extra for expedited shipping since it was a birthday present for my husband.

    I purchased two drones on Oct 6th. Money was taken from Bank account . Received an email claiming it was shipped and received a phony tracking number Still have not received my order or any other correspondence... I sent them a message to either send the ordered product or give my money back... no response
