Purchased items from Imoderntrends.com on 12/16/22. Returned them on 12/30/22 which is within the return policy period. Address was provided by the company when I called them. Almost 2 months later, still have not heard from the company nor see a credit on my credit card statement. Called the company but now the phone number is no longer in service. I have no way to contact them except email them, which I had done before but never received a response. Now, as I read reviews, Im realizing I might have been scammed? purchased bulb cameras from ******************** of ********** on 7 Dec 2022,recieved them 21 Dec 2022,they did not work,i returned them on 30 Dec 2022,had to file a complaint with PayPal for a refund they refunded me $89.97,this was only a partial refund,the remainder$126.99 has never been paid to me as of this date,these items were returned on 12/30/2022,they were picked up on 1/03/2023,this was within the time period for returning them,i have made several attempts to get this resolved,even though thet refunded me a partial refund they tell me the items weren't returned within 30 days,this seems to be a major complaint against this seller,i simply don't understand how this is allowed to continue,I know anyone doing business in the ***********. is liscensed to do so and if they step out of line the state usually gets involved,has this happened yet?Business Response

We bought 2 humidifiers on November 30, 2022. A shipping label was created on 12/2/2022. Their website says 3-5 business days for shipping. When t Hey didnt arrive after 2 weeks, we reached out to them multiple times by phone and email with no response. We w ent to a local store and bought humidifiers to have them for Christmas. When the humidifiers finally came on 12/31/2022, we refused delivery by ***** The company now says that we didnt follow their return policy and kept the humidifiers and charged us for them. Discover (credit card we purchased them with) says that the dispute will be resolved soon, but that we failed to follow the return policy of the seller.Initial Complaint

So, I ordered 2 drones after seeing them on a Googla add. This was December 19th 2022, It is now February 9 2023. All it says - shipping label printed in *********** that's all its ever said. now after reading all the negative views, I'm happy to realize that this is a scam and I will order from another company that is not a scam. I ordered a Black Bird 4K drone for a Christmas gift on Dec 12, 2022 in the amount of $111.94 order number #****** which included a drone, carry case and shipping charges. The next day I received an email that my order had shipped with a tracking number and noting that a 'shipping label created, **** awaiting item'. To date I have not received the item. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update and each time I receive the exact same email saying that my order is on a priority list and that is will will be on its way to me within the next week or less.
