    On 11/04/2022 I placed an order for two (2) plug in heaters (Order #s ****** and ******). The same day I received an email stating the order was shipped. Tracking proved this to be false. Only the tracking number was generated on the 4th but my order was not received by **** until 11/19/2022 and arrived on 11/21/2022. This despite the company stating in their advertising at the time I made the purchase that orders were shipped within 48 hours of orders being placed. ON 11/21/2022 I opened the package and removed one heater to try it out. It was completely unsatisfactory as a source of heat. On 11/29/2022 I emailed them stating my issues and requested an RMA and refund of $96.92 that I paid for both orders, combined. I emailed again on 12/01/2022 and again on 12/02/2022 and finally received RMA #s ******830213908 & ******830216075 today Monday 12/05/2022 but no shipping address for **** to the company. I emailed them immediately but haven't received an answer. I think I may have enough documentation to have my bank charge back the total purchase price and shipping since they did not ship timely as stated as well as the obvious stall tactic which I assume has something to with their requirement of returning merchandise within 2 weeks from order delivery dates.

    My elderly mom ordered one neck massager on 11/14 and received four. Shes emailed them three times and has not heard back from anybody. She should be refunded her money and sent a postage paid label to send the other three back.

    I was on Instagram early Thursday morning and an ad popped up about video cameras. I checked it out and thought about buying 3 of them at a really low price so I entered my info via auto-update. I was going to hit continue to check what shipping charges would be but before I could do that a pop-up came and it was showing the cameras for a special price if you "buy now". I clicked on it to see the total price and then it would not let me get back to my original screen so I just shut off my PC and figured the heck with it because I had to get going to work. About 2 hours later I got an email from Discover asking if I had placed the 2 following orders with this company and I called them and said I had not placed any orders. I tried calling Modern Life Trend all day Thursday. I sent them emails and said I did not place the orders please cancel them and I left voice messages because no one was answering the phones until around 6pm when I finally got hold of someone. The lady was of no help at all. She said she could not find the orders and that she needed an order number to look them up. I told her I didn't get an order number because I never clicked on submit order button. She said she could not help me and hung up! Discover has since then cancelled my card and are in the process of issuing me a new one. I have also read in the complaints that this company is known for only sending out 1 item and saying that they sent 2 or 3 and never making it right with the customer.

    On 9/25/022 I ordered two security cameras online for about $100. I received confirmation details and received receipt from PayPal with a bogus ** address (I don't understand why this information was not correct with them; it was for 2 other orders w/different companies on the same day.). On 10/7/2022 they sent email regarding trouble with the shipping address and I promptly replied via email. I received a bounce with **SPAM** added to the subject (email is hotmail.) On 10/17/22, I emailed request for status; on 10/21 reply was "soon." I sent more email requests and was met with more **SPAM** and "undeliverable" bounces. On 11/19 I was finally provided a tracking number that showed delivery to some address across the country. Phone calls were finally answered with heavy accents and no help, with 3 calls being hung up. I was advised to send the product back if I wanted a refund, but that's hard to do when product is sent to a wrong address across the country.I'd rather the product than a refund and am taking it up with PayPal and my credit card company as the customer service with this company is incredibly unprofessional. When I asked for a supervisor or a manger, they stated they needed to "get on with their job," where I said that's fine, let me talk to your manager, and i was hung up on. This doesn't sound legitimate. Considering this product is advertised all over tv, they should have better ordering mechanisms AND customer service.

    On Nov. 7, 2022 ordered two (2) (737) Hydramyst Humidifiers priced at $85.00 USD ea. plus $12.99 for shipping and handling for a total of $182.99 USD. This was charged to my credit card. It was to appear on my credit card as "Paypal "MODERNLIFET" (Payment was sent to *********************** Our apartment is very dry and we very much need a small but efficient source of humidity. I thought that this was our solution. I would rather have the humidifiers but it seems that this was a scam. At this point I would just like to get my money back.

    My checking account was charged $48.98 for one pair of headlamp that was advertised on ******** I never received any confirmation on payment , expected delivery... nothing. When I try to call there no getting through to talk to anyone from the company. I suspect this is a scam..... how do I get me money back. I do not want the product, if one exsists at this point

    On 10/31/22 ordered 2 drones with "Up-sell" features and extra battery. On 10/31/22 received their BOGUS "Shipment Notification" with tracking number. The tracking number reports:"Label Created, not yet in system""A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to ***** Check back soon."On 10/31/22 my credit card was charged in full (i.e. $227.97).On 11/18/22 emailed ************************************************* to cancel order, explaining the tracking number still indicates "Label Created, not yet in system". They replied the order was already shipped, to which I disputed and stated my intention to contact my CC company to request a charge-back, and file a BBB complaint.

    On November 14th, I purchased a Cosmic Globe spinner from this company. I received the invoice which stated that I had purchased 3 of them for a total of $116.96. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order. Their website states that you can do that within 24 hours. Their response was that they had already shipped it, although I have not received any shipping information. In checking with BBB, there are numerous complaints similar to mine. Their phones do not work and email boxes are full. Definitely a scam company.
