On 25 October I purchased a drone and an extra battery from brownstone. I have called customer service twice. Twice they have sent me emails that say package has shipped, but **** site denies having item. As of Nov 12, item has still not shipped. I ordered 3 Bulb Cam products for $117.96. I never received my product. I tried to email the company numerous times but they wouldn't respond. I even filled out their contact form on their website. No response. I tried calling them anytime day or night and their line was busy. When I emailed that I would like a tracking number so I know if or when I'd receive my product. No response. I asked them if they could tell me if they even sent the product. No response. I wrote them so many emails that they finally sent back one saying they were sorry I was unhappy with their service!!! LOL Are you kidding me!! I explained all I wanted was MY PRODUCT, or at least send a tracking number. No response. AND now they RETURN my emails!!! I can't call them. I can't correspond with them. I have no products!!! What kind of scam operation is this place running? How many OTHER customers have they done this to!? I had placed the order through PayPal THINKING that I was somewhat protected by using PayPal. But apparently NOT! I'm now going to cancel PAYPAL because they said "You need to keep TRYING to correspond with the company." Well, how ludicrous, if the company doesn't respond how do I correspond with them?Business Response

I left their website without completing my transaction and they billed me anyway. I had not even gone through the shipping choices.I contacted their customer service immediately to request cancellation and they did not cancel it.I filed an issue report through Paypal and was denied because I can't show documentation that I left the website. 10/23 I was charged for 3 360 light bulbs was told I'd have tracking number in 72 hours got nothing. Tried all the numbers they have and sat in hold just to be hung up on 5 times. I'm concerned as they have numerous shadow companies collecting and not delivering. Are they scamming money for a bigger crime? I want my money back and they should be shut down.Business Response

I ordered two security cameras online on 10/21/22. I received confirmation details and received receipt from PayPal. I upgrade to expedited shipping for extra cost. I received shipping confirmation same day. On 10/26/22, I tried contacting company to inquire about shipping. While trying to understand the representatives English, she abruptly interrupted me and said we will issue you a refund and hung up on me. I recalled and was connected to a different representative This person was not helpful in anyway. At this point, I believe this company is a scam and needs to reported as such. Details of the incident Transaction ID 76J796234P909583J Transaction date Oct 21, 2022 22:57:47 PDT Merchant Brownstone Resources ********************** ************ Invoice ID ***** Shipping address - confirmed ******************* *************************************************************************************** *********** offered 4 of their products for a cost of ***** plus tax, shipping and handling. There was no other cost associated with this purchase. The offer tried to add additional items for a minimum charge. There was a 5 minute timer to check out. I had 4 min and 17 seconds remaining. I declined all other offers to get to the check out in the time given. However the charge that came through paypal without the ability to review on the Brownstone end was $233.74. I was charged way more than i agreed to pay. This is a complete scam. The customer service number does not answer and says it refused the call. I have emailed several times the email advertised as **************** and have only gotten an email that says to contact customer service at the number that refuses my call.
