    THE PRAYER BRACELET I ordered for my son which he's only worn less than 2 months fell apart. I see the same bracelets on AMAZON for half the price anyway. I wrote to them days ago and they didn't bother to answer. IT didn't cost much $...it's the sentiment that counted. SHAME ON THEM for not even saying: Someone will get back to you. IF they fix it I'll be back. But for now... NO!! PS that is not their phone number.

    I ordered a necklace for my grandaughter with a sky blue stone. What I received is an ugly white metal necklace and no blue stone. It is not feminine at all. I also did not read the reviews until after I had received it. I'm not even going to bother trying to send it back. I'll just throw it away. What a scam.

    I got my order in the timely matter but it did not come with the the poem card or the gift box that they advertised and then I emailed them. She did reply back with for $19.95 more I could get the gift box and the get the poem card. So with that said she gets a two because she emailed back but the quality of the bracelet is c*** and you don't get everything they advertised.

    Do not order from this company. They do not stand behind their product. I ordered 2 rings in October for Christmas gifts. They looked beautiful but after 3 days of wearing it a stone fell out. My other daughter doesn't wear hers because it turned her finger green. I contacted the company and they will not replace the defective product but they will offer me 50% on a new one. I don't think so. I am not giving them another *****.

    I ordered the To My Son Pray through it Leather Cross Bracelet as a Christmas gift for my son. I ordered the bracelet from Svana on a Wednesday and it arrived the following Tuesday. I checked the reviews after the order had been placed and was very skeptical about the order due to the number of bad reviews. However, my order arrived timelyordered directly from Svana. The bracelet is quality and my son loves it.

    The reviews on their site Savana.com are "ALL 5 stars" which led me to do a search.Also the fact most of the reviewers had not actually gotten their products.So how do you rate an item 5 Stars before receiving it?? My friend ordered the mother/son bracelet but it looked cheap she was so disappointed. I'm glad I read the reviews here and not just the 5 stars posted on their site.

    I ordered 2 separate orders minutes apart on December 2nd, with a confirmation of delivery by December 8th. They double charged me on the first order and the second order was lost in transit, but billed also billed my card! Tracking information provided is not recognized by ***** Received 1st order. The bracelet is not well made! They have promised me for weeks that I would be receiving my 2nd order. Still no product and Im out $52. Disputing with my bank now. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

    DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR ITEMS. THEY DONT LAST. I Ipurchased the Son bracelet with beads. The magnet on clasp no longer works. Granted it is outside of the 30-days but I only wanted replacement. THE PRODUCT IS NOT WATERPROOF. Truly disappointed. My son really likes it.

    Complete scam! I normally check reviews before ordering anything online. But I failed to do so this time. But that is no excuse for this company to provide horrible customer service! The shipping number was fake and did not and still has not populated any shipping information since I placed my order on 12/2. The email response is an auto generated fraud! There is no phone number to call them. Horrible company! Horrible people! If you are thinking about ordering from them DON'T DO IT!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!
