    New driver decided he wanted all my items to be signed. Three different companies with items like pillows and rugs. He only delivered during business hours, with no other way but to stay home a receive it. Call customer service, talked to a supervisor, he said the driver was temp so he would talk to him and his supervisor to drop in our mail room downstairs where all packages are left. Came home again today, same notice on the door with no other options but to wait another day, (I work for a living), to again miss him and have my items sent back to the company. Now, I've been on hold waiting for a supervisor for 40 minutes, even though the rep said he would be on 20 minutes ago. Now she isn't even coming on line to check on me like she was.

    Only giving one star, because I have to give a single star.ZERO customer service.Worst experience I've had - delivery driver claimed to have made a delivery attempt, but I am home all day and I have a doorbell camera that says otherwise.Given the option, I'd choose a carrier pigeon.

    I have had a very difficult time reaching a customer service representative and each time they've left me on hold for more than 25 minutes then hung up on me. All I would like to do is change a delivery address or have the package held at my nearest UPS store it is baffling to me that this is such an issue. This is for a ****** order so I will be contacting them as well to encourage them to switch their business from UPS it seems entirely antithetical to ******'s business model to use a company that is so hard for customers to deal with.

    Zero customer service. Unable to speak with a human. Unable to track a package or have it sent to a UPS location for pickup. They never knocked or rang the doorbell just left a note saying nobody home. ******** I was home all day waiting....funny thing ***** delivered no problem.Nobody cares

    I am extremely frustrated with my recent UPS delivery experience. My package was marked as undeliverable due to no one being home, which is untrue. I was home all day and have security camera footage to prove that no delivery attempt was made. This has caused me significant inconvenience and disappointment. I expect better service and reliability from a company like UPS.

    UPS has FAILED to deliver my packages multiple times called customer services they were useless as t*** on a boar and they were not even part of ups they were a call center in new deli *****. if i could leave 0 stars i would

    UPS drivers in ****** ********** simply do not do their job. I shipped a package on April 16th. On the 22nd tracking said it had been delivered to a dock. That's not the same as delivering it to the recipient since the recipient does not live at the UPS dock, they live several miles away in their house. I had sent a food gift, non-perishable, dry spice blends. I did an online claim form and I was directed to email or call the store that shipped it. When I did that they told me to file a claim form. I told them I already filed a complaint form and they said there was nothing else they could do. So I'm out the cost of the products that I sent as well as the shipping cost which was $22.30 and I'm getting no explanations and I'm getting nothing but the runaround. If they want to inspect the package, fine, tell me that, but don't give me the runaround. Don't give me silly responses by email. Don't give me silly responses on the phone. Don't tell me to file a complaint form when I already did. This makes me feel like UPS stole my package. UPS is a very unreliable service and I will never use them again and I encourage others to never use them again. If you do they can hold your package and definitely, and keep the money that you paid for shipping. When you complain they don't care, they just refer you to someone else, and then that person refers you to the original person that you talk to before, and when you tell them that they still are unwilling to help or provide answers. So yeah if you want your packages to be misdelivered, or undelivered with no explanation, by all means waste your time and money by using UPS.

    I ordered a 6.5 Grendel upper from **************. It was delivered to my state in a very nice box that he sends them in. I think in ********* received it. Somehow they must have busted it up in the box so they repackaged it in a manner that it could bang around and fall around the whole time and scratch and ruin the upper Now they are like its my fault and dont wanna remedy the problem. Took a day off work because they wanted to come look at it and inspect it and they never showed up can never get anybody on the phone. Cant speak to a manager they seem to not want help at all, even though one of their employees is the one that screwed this up not to shipper and not me , Im at this point waiting on someone to take care of this All that shouldve been done was when it was damaged it shouldve been sent back to the shipper and properly repackaged, but they apparently dont do things like that. They treat peoples property like its junk. I have picture evidence of everything the crappy box that they tried taping it up look like a three year old may have done it. The UPS man took a picture of it leaning against my door, so I have proof that they did that they even left all the old paperwork on the box that with the box was originally used for, UPS doesnt care about their customers at all if I have the opportunity to never use UPS again and theres another person to select I will I wouldnt even give them one star but I had to
