    Had important documents being sent to me and was encouraged to use UPS, and pay an additional $25.00 for express service, which I did. Was promised delivery on three separate occasions. Finally received said documents on the third promise by UPS. Outside of the date was promised and paid for to ensure. Attempted to file a claim with UPS as was told to do by the UPS driver to get reimbursed. There is no category to select in filing a claim with UPS. So spent $25.00 and did not receive the service promised by UPS.

    I have a business and use UPS and can't ever get a hold of anyone on the UPS **************** numbers, Then when I do they dont speak English half the time. I can't ever get a hold of a rep and they say that they will have one call me and they dont WORST **************** ever for as much money as we pay them.

    This problem started sometime 2023? I ordered items from Gap clothing online and they sent to UPS for delivery. It was sitting at ***********, ** UPS store and never moved. I spoke to Gap and find out it was lost and Gap replaced my package. At that time I let it go thinking this could happen. I ordered from *************** clothing store much later approx 6 months later . Also went to same ***********, ** UPS store and set there didn't move. I called *************** clothing online and find out the same situations. It got lost. Once happened I can understand but twice at the same store; ***********, ** UPS? I told these clothing stores that my packages are STOLEN and thief or thieves are working at that store. I told Gap/ Banana republic to going forward, please re-direct my packages to any other places but the ***********, ** UPS store. Since then I had no problem receiving my packages. Until now, with another company; ************** I ordered the item and again it went to ***********, ** UPS store, sure enough, same thing, it set there and didn't move. I called ************* and same thing, it got lost. UPS claim ***** saying they are working on it for a little over 2 weeks. They are USELESS. IT GOT STOLEN!!! ************* replaced my money. I would have like to have the item instead. I also told COACH COMPANY from now on they have to re- direct my package to other UPS stores or I am going to use FED-EX or DHL, etc What a disappointment for UPS!!

    Paid for express shipping through ********** and UPS "attempted" to deliver the package to my place. Stated that they need an update to my address which has never happened before and now they are trying to charge me $6 to change an address. That is complete double dipping as I already paid for shipping once and now UPS is trying to charge me again. Bad Business

    I ordered a package with ***** on 01/02/2024 and it was due to be delivered by UPS on 01/04. I got a confirmation that it was delivered by no package was left. When I reviewed where the package was it was delivered to a blue house and not my house. I was told I had to file a claim and I filed the claim...I called several times since 01/04 and I was told if the shipper does not fill out the forms then I am not able to get my money back. The shipper is giving me pushback as they do not want to fill out the forms as it is 3rd party. I have been going back and forth with both companies and no one seems to want to provide me with my money back. I want to file a complaint to get my money back.

    There are specific situations that UPS has no way of correcting. For instance the pickup of a package that was sent to a business address and is Perishable on a Friday, when the sender is closed and can't be reached to update the shipping location. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve this instead I was bounced around and no resolution was found. For a company that tries to only make right turns for efficiency they are sure dropping the ball when it comes to customer service. I'm now 100% sure they're worse than ******** The only way to get someone on the phone is to pretend you're trying to ship a package, that still works because they want your money and are willing to do anything to get it as long as they don't have to help you.... You may have saved Millions making it impossible to talk to someone and moving your callcenter to *****.... but you lost a customer. You may not care about 1 customer, but eventually your terrible customer service will start to matter.

    I waited around yesterday trying to wait for my packages to get delivered as I watched on GPS tracking through the UPS app as the delivery truck drove all around my area but never to me then I leave for ten minutes to pick up my son from school and there is a slip on the window saying that they tried to deliver 2 boxes now I will have to pick them up from an access point. So today I get a message my packages has been delivered to CVS I get there and it's only one package I call and was told that they decided to split off my packages and delivered one to CVS and is delivering another to my address as of that was a convenience to me to have a customer drive around then they tell me will we can have it stopped off at the access point tomorrow so you can drive there again and pick it up. This it totally ridiculous I paid good money to have packages delivered and now I have to suffer because **** chose UPS to deliver my product I will never order from **** again if they use UPS

    I would like to update a review that I left on this site on February 22nd. UPS Corporate Better Business Bureau Review #****** I was upset over an extra holding fee that UPS had charged me because I needed to sign for the delivery and they changed the date to a day that I was unavailable. But after I left my review, BBB contacted them with my complaint, and they decided to refund that fee to me. I was very surprised and pleased, but beware of the hidden fees in the MY Choice membership with UPS. Because they responded quickly and refunded the fee that I felt was unfair I am changing my rating to four stars.

    i needed to change my address for a package. i thought i needed ups premium to do that. i dont, i still cant change the address, and now i cant cancel the membership. i have contacted them through email, they decline to cancel it from there and tell me i have to manually do it. it is so unclear how to cancel this membership. i need help that they wont properly provide. they made it too hard to cancel on purpose. please help!

    I have had problems with delivery from UPS for years. Their customer support is atrocious and automated. So it feels even more impersonal. They lie to get you off the phone quicker. In order to even connect to someone on the line you have to lie and say you are buying something from them because they of course will take that call. The access points should be the saving ***** but still fail to delivery consistently which is either ineptitude or an utter lack of care. I still have not received a package after being lied to and given the runaround about its delivery. I submitted a ticket on the website for a chat with a representative who lied to me about the status of my delivery. The note I received on my door said it was going to an access point the next day, and now it is stating it couldnt be delivered. No explanation just terrible customer service from start to finish. I ordered through Amazon and if given the choice I would never have UPS be the delivery service because I know I wont receive my package.
