    Please get companies, in this case UPS, to put a person on the phone. When there is a need to resolve an issue it is erroneously concluded that all issues have been covered by the recorded system. Some responses can take less the 2minutes to resolve with a person on a call. Instead ,,a customer is indirectly coerced to spend unnecessary time on an endless, poorly designed system to find out about a delivery. Do I pick it up from the store? Is it coming to my building? I ran a customer service operation at a world class institution for 34 years. One department included live operators. It is INCOMPETANCE FROM THE TOP!!! It is not the personnel.

    Would give them 0 but not available they sent me a email saying be here by noon here it is 7 hours later still nothing but UPS drove right past my house 3 times now I will never give them another chance

    I always thought highly of UPS. I could always guarantee that I would receive my packages in a timely manner. However, lately the company has disappointed me. Case in point, I was waiting for a package to be delivered today. I've been extremely patient and understanding because the package was coming from **********. Come to find out my package was stuck in ******** ** because of some emergency. No specifics were given. Finally, it made it to *******. I figured I would receive my package today or at the latest, tomorrow. Nope. To be delivered on the 15th. What?!! That's ridiculous ! ******* is an hour away from me!After many attempts and searching online, I chatted with a live representative. She was no help. So, I have to wait a total of 1 week for my package. Unacceptable!

    Absolutely horrendous customer service. Firstly the drivers don't follow any of the delivery preferences. What is the point of signing up online if they don't even pay attention. Second, they don't give you a delivery time frame, they come at different times each day, and then after the third day they return your items to the sender. Forget trying to contact customer service. After 30 minutes you are so frustrated with the chat bot, you just give up and hope that the sender will ****** your items and choose a different delivery service. ZERO STARS!!

    It takes forever to actually get a person on the line. The phone tree bot is totally worthless! I have a package of prescriptions that was sent a month ago. I have been trying to track down the package for two weeks with no help from either UPS or Cost Plus Drugs. I finally reached a person at UPS who told me to file a lost package claim. Which I did and UPS immediately closed the claim saying they needed Information details about the package that I do not have. I have been going back and forth with both companies with no resolution. Its been a month and Cost Plus Drugs has collected my money, I have a tracking number from UPS with no details of where my package is. I finally found 3 different phone numbers for UPS, but each one I tried kept giving me a bot who is worthless! They kept telling me to do everything I had already done and would not let me talk to a representative. Finally on the last number I tried I said I want to talk to a human so they transferred me to a person who also could not help me. She told me I need to contact Cost Plus Drugs. I explained that I have been emailing them with no response and the dont have a phone number listed. So she gave me a phone number. I called the number she gave me and it went nowhere. It rang a few times then went dead. So I now have a prescription package that has been paid for and no one can seem to help me find it.

    I waited all day for my delivery on Friday, just to find out they didn't have *** apartment #, so they couldn't deliver it I fix it on line and received a confirmation it was fixed, but now I had to wait until Monday for delivery. I waited all day Monday and it wasn't delivered. I called to complain and they said driver couldn't find the building. Packages get delivered here all the time. They said driver will try again at the end of the day. He never came back. I call on Tuesday to complain, I get the run around by them, with no accountability. They say it's out for delivery, but I'll have to wait all day to see if it will be delivered. They make it difficult to talk to a representative. I've paid a lot of money for my products. I want compensation for all my time I wasted waiting for nothing. Not happy at all with UPS.

    UPS has horrible service. I paid for expedited shipping for my medication. Medicine started out in ************. They ship my package all the way to ********. When you live in *************. Needless to say you still have not received my medicine. **************** was no help. They could not get in touch with any of the depots where my medication is suppose to. Be UPS refuses to give me any updates at this point .

    I overnighted a medication that is specifically made for me by a formulary. It was due 1/19. As of 1/18 it was on its way. The morning of 1/19 is stated it was out for delivery. Now I am being told it won't be delivered until 1/22. This is a medication I need and ************* and the **** had not problems delivering today. When I drove to the distribution center, the manager insinuating I was a liar, lied straight to my face and threatened to call the cops of me. The 3 calls I made to UPS customer service provided no service. If you can use another devilery service DO IT. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

    If they didn't have a good union and treat their workers well, I'd never use them again, because they treat their customers with indifference. If you're a shipping company the goal should be to actually ship the packages to the consumer. I got a missed delivery notice 2 days ago with NOTHING filled out on the notice. Yesterday I went into work a little later hoping to catch the delivery. No luck and when I got home I had another notice that said "Adult signature required" and "We'll try again the next delivery day." Today I come home early from work, and I have another notice saying the package will be returned to the sender, so I call. They don't have information on my package based on the notice number I gave them along with my address, so they can't find the package they are returning to the sender. And there's "nothing else" they can do, as if their system failure is my fault. Based on the other reviews, it seems to be their policy to give customers the run around and avoid accountability.
