      I paid for an exam on 8/3/22. It is not reflected in my account. I would like a refund so that I may pay for the exam again and register. I have spent over 2 hours talking to ***********************- Customer ********************** Representative | Candidate Services and ******** ***********************-PSI CSR - Associate, Candidate Services. I keep hearing that I would get a response in 3-5 business days. I have been trying to get the ability to register since last month.

      Hello, I had an unpleasure taking the exam with ***. This company does not provide a proper test and does not provide proper studying material. *** just putting people through the struggle when they can not pass the exam after taking it several times. I believe that this company has a simple intention to collect and as much as possible money. They don't need people to pass the test, they don't need them to be licensed.The test results never get disclosed and you never know what was answered incorrectly, which means you never know what you need to study. This has to be illegal to do unless the company has only one clear intention to collect the uncounted fee they charge for the exam(s).I have a work experience and multiple licenses in the same field I am taking the exam, and I never can pass the *** test. See the above explanation on how they charge the exam fee and intentionally fail people with years of experience in the field.

      PSI, in cooperation with the ************** ********** of ********* Services, will be consistently evaluating the examinations being administered to ensure that the examinations accurately measure competency in the required knowledge areas. While taking the examination, examinees will have the opportunity to provide comments on any questions, by using the comments key on the keyboard. These comments will be analyzed by PSI examination development staff. PSI does not respond to individuals regarding these comments, all substantive comments are reviewed. This is the only review of examination materials available to candidates.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      PSI is using a corrupted software for exam takers and this is wildly voiced across internet. Each exam taker has the same issue when the software is shutting down during the exam. PSI collecting the money without providing a proper service. I believe that corrupted software they use generates corrupted / incorrect answers. Since it is not required for PSI to provide the full disclosure for the test ( what they never do), PSI simply collecting the money when nobody can find out that they were failed because of the corrupted software. After multiple cases against PSI, it does look like intentional harm and fraud.

      PSI put the blame on the State that they follow the State test requirements.....but nobody disclose it that the software itself is corrupted. And it must be convenient for PSI to keep using it and collect more in fees.

      P.S. there is no disclosure provided for the test. They just send you generated numbers without disclosing what was answered incorrectly. The test takes never given a chance to review it what has to be illegal.

       

      When I pay the money for this test, I have the right to have a complete disclosure.

      I have had to deal with PSI for my ******** *********** ******'s exam over the past year and a half. The following are what I feel makes this LLC an extremely poor service that either needs to be completely eliminated as an option for consumers or revamped with a management team that takes consumer affairs seriously. - I have purchased review tests that I felt weren't much help, requested a refund that entailed no answers from PSI's customer ********************** ergo I lost that money. - Extremely long wait times with phone calls to customer ********************** that result in the call eventually disconnected without the success of reaching someone that can help. - Emails that only have an automated response with no response from a human. - Recently I have managed to reach someone that promised a resolution to a VERY TIME SENSITIVE MATTER, there didn't appear to be any attempt at solving my issue. - I called again to ask why my problem wasn't resolved as promised, no explanation as to why it wasn't resolved, I lost 4 critical days on this matter only to be back at square 1. - This customer ********************** rep ( in ******, *****), promised again to resolve my issue by explaining steps she would take, none were taken. I have now missed an important deadline and lost money due to PSI's abhorrent customer **********************. - I strongly feel there's a possibility of a scam with the run around and hard to reach " customer **********************", never getting refunds, promised resolutions with no follow through. - I noticed there are a multitude of complaints of this business on the BBB with no change from the company.What is BBB doing to hold this company accountable for their extremely poor performance ??

      I purchased two ** premium real estate exam practice tests from PSI. The first one purchased on 2/3/23 stopped working. I reached out to customer support. The representative told me to expect an update within 24 - 48 hours. I explained to her the issue had to be fixed as soon as possible since my test was on Saturday 2/11/23. I then contacted ******* for assistance. I have yet to receive a response. On Wednesday, 2/8/23, I purchased another practice exam. This test stopped working on the next day. I requested a refund of $99.99 for the practice exams on 2/10/23. Both exams stopped working before my test and PSI / metrix never followed up with me. I have yet to receive a refund.

      PSI tried to contact the customer last 02/24 via phone. However, the customer is unreachable. PSI leave a voicemail and sent an email to the customer requesting for the confirmation emails that he/she received for the purchase.

      Horrible offshore customer **********************. You literally experience PTSD when you call in. The representatives are not equipped to handle simple calls or interpret data. Whatever is on their screen is what it is. There is no deviation from that. Brain skills are not used. They claim they cannot escalate your call. They send you to a queue where you wait 45 minutes to an hour to be told to leave a message due to COVID 19. I took my very first pre license course in 2011 and several more times since then. The ** commission refreshed their system to ensure the data interfaced with PSI. THEY STILL GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND! Like they really are confused. I cant schedule my state exam until they **-enter my pre-license course completion date into their system. Not sure why it keeps falling out. Not sure why an escalation or ticket never results in a resolution. I had issues at the testing center yesterday and a ticket was opened. The testing center rep let me know up front NOT to expect a speedy resolution! Horrible! So here I am again, trying to reschedule due to the issues from yesterday, and Im being told I havent taken the pre license course. This is so aggravating!

      Paid almost 500 for a professional test that was to take 3 hours. The ******* was non existent and only came on every 15 minutes to tell me to hold up one of my identification cards. An hour later and I was disconnected. There is no one to speak with. Connection dropped. The responses stopped. I was unable to take exam. I missed a day of work.

      I have been trying to register to take my SC 30 hr pre-licensing course exam for the last two days with PSI. This is the final education requirement I must take in order to get my real estate license. I tried to pay for my exam online with two different credit cards and it declined them both, but still has a pending charge on my bank account. I called both banks and they said psi is rejecting the charge and it is not on their end, I called PSI 3 times with no assistance they keep saying to call my bank when my banks are not the issue I have paid for 3 other exams with them before and this has nothing to do with th SC ********************** as the do not require eligibility for pre licensing courses only the national and state real estate exam. I have to take my exam by February 25th in order to get my license. If PSI does not get me registered the owe my $800 dollars for my real estate education. Please get me registered for the exam within the next business day. I should not have to go thru this!

      I have been trying to reach out to customer ********************** to help with scheduling my re-test before my certification expired 1/20/2023. I reached out weeks before through email and tried calling. I never got a response. When I went to schedule my test the *** website kept telling me I was not eligible. When this happened before I was told to contact the place where I got my certification so they can resubmit my certification, even though it was within 12 months. CE Shop resubmitted and I was able to schedule. Now that its happened again CE Shop said its nothing they can do bc they already did their part. Now my certification has expired and Im required to pay $400 for another class. I should be given more time bc my issue was never resolved.

      A passing score on a portion is valid until the deadline based on testing candidate's course completion date. If the testing candidate fail to pass both portions within the deadline, complete a new pre-licensing program to be eligible to take or retake the exam. Prior scores expire with the prior coursework

        That is not my issue. I tried to schedule a te-test WITHIN the timeframe I had before my deadline. When I went to schedule my re-test I kept getting notification saying I was not eligible even though it was before my deadline. I reached out to PSI via email and called the number I found online just to be told the number does not work to get help from someone several weeks before my deadline. I never got a response

We have confirmed that there is no history of any engagement from the testing candidate about the request to reschedule within the eligibility period after the last scheduled exam which was Nov 16, 2022.

      I took my ******** Cosmetology Practical on 02/07/2023. We were told we would get the results right away. One of the girls who also took the test was parked next to me and told me she has already gotten her results as soon as we got out the building. I never received mine. I called PSI and was told to wait ***** hours. I waited and I was never emailed the results nor was my account updated. It just says I booked the practical but not that I completed it. I called PSI again and was told it was be escalated to the back office. I have a job lined up that I cant accept because I dont even know I passed or not. The practical was the test needed to obtain my license.

      I created a profile with PSI 5 months ago in order to get my finished real estate license class reported to them so I could get my licensing test scheduled. After completely finishing my schooling Ive been through months of calling PSI customer ********************** trying to get my AMP/PSI ID number so my school can report my finished course work to them and I can take my test. Every time I call they tell me to do the exact same thing over and over again which is to go on to their website and create an account on the student portal. I did this 5 months ago and have done it 15 times since. Its had my information saved and says I cannot create a new account because one already exists in my name. However, on PSIs side they cannot see an account in my name. Ive talked to 5 different customer ********************** representative and they send me back to the student portal every time. When I explain my situation they pretty much say they cannot help and that I need to do it again and then hang up. *** asked to talk to a manager and had no luck. I dont know what to do because it is not on my end and no one will help me. I looked on the internet and have seen that this is a massive problem for everyone! Someone needs to make this business accountable so we can all move forward in our careers. *** reached out for help over and over and had no luck. Please help.
