      It's been weeks and many phone calls and I am still unable to schedule my exam. Their records are out of date and their website is dysfunctional. Their website puts you through an endless loop of registering for your exam that eventually leads to calling for tech support. If you need assistance, good luck! there isn't a phone number for tech support anywhere on their website.I had to do independent research to find a phone number that would reach someone but help they did not. Each one keeps giving me the run-around. I've spoken to a new rep almost every day for over a week now about my account and none of them can tell me the same thing about what's going on with the status of my documents and the ability to schedule my exam. I am currently still waiting for the run-around to end.

      ****** from the call center for **** real estate was rude and had a severe attitude! Is this what we are paying money for? ***** to be treated like crap?? How is this acceptable.

      Reset my account and deleted all my documents. Has been a month and these people are no help and have no idea as to what they are doing.

      Passed my broker exam on 4/5/2023. The testing center had tech issues therefore my score report could not be printed. I am now prepared to open my brokerage and Im in need of my score report which can only be obtained by psi emailing it to me at this point. I began calling PSI on 5/4, I was hung up on, transferred over and over. The same happened on 5/8. On 5/9, someone took my call and told me they would escalate the issue and to wait 5 days after I have already waited that amount of time to get a person competent enough to take my call. This process and lack of communication and delay is costing me business as I have contracts to write and new listings prepared for my new brokerage. I am only pending my score report that *** or *** not come. This is the only company we are at the mercy of for all of our real estate testing exams yet they have the worse customer **********************.

      PSI should be removed from having all contracts with all government and civil entities. Lifelong Learner Holding is the sister of PSI Services LLC., which is registered as a ***************************** under Corporation Service Company. This entire monopoly that continues to expand and states their motto is "customer **********************" false advertisement. PSI has five different location in the U.S.; however, all calls are outsourced and agents will not transfer calls to a supervisor, correct their mistakes, or assist in anyway for the sake of the candidates. Agents at the call centers do not speak the language nor do they have the proper training needed to provide the services for the State licensees or certification that candidates are testing for.The exams that candidates are testing for are government, medical, state, and other important facilities. PSI does not have a single location within each candidate's state for immediate assistance, not even an actual phone number to speak to someone. They simply provide numbers that are all outsourced. There is no way of contacting a single executive, supervisor, or manager. However, PSI has contracts with the organizations that candidates have paid the needed exams to obtain gainful employment. PSI does not desire to place candidates needs first, they simply desire to obtain contracts from organizations, and leave candidates out of money that they have worked so hard for. No organization should ever contract with PSI or any of their other agencies. There are far to many complaints against PSI to simply ignore that what is being said by candidates is untrue.

      I took my real estate exam, however I believe there are problems when scoring the test. People aren't receiving results and when you call customer ********************** they can't answer your questions. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she couldn't help or answer questions and on top of it didn't know what she was talking about gave me 2 different answers for 1 of the questions. Fix the discrepancies within the company from staffing and scoring of the test and there is no way a person should have to keep paying all this money to test with as many issues is going on within the testing and nobody can give amswers.

      I have an employee that had an exam scheduled to be taken remotely and unfortunately, he ran into some technical issues and had to reschedule the test. The following day we reached out and they said it couldn't be rescheduled because there was an issue with his file. They stated they would have to escalate it to IT and it would be 3-5 business days. Well we have called every 3-5 business days and it still has not been resolved, it has been a MONTH. This employee needs to pass his exam in order to continue to work with us, but PSI is not making it possible. PLEASE FIGURE OUT YOUR SYSTEMS!!!! Also, none of the customer ********************** agents would allow me to speak to a supervisor, very very very frustrating and unprofessional for a company that administers state testing that is REQUIRED in order to conduct business. ZERO STARS.

      If I could give negative stars, I would.I was scheduled for an exam this morning at 8:30 am. I launch the test at 8:15 or so to get ready. Upon that, its telling me there are things running in the background that I cannot close. I did the system check 2 or 3 times (and again while trying to fix this) and got an all clear each time.I talked to 3 different people who told me my version of Windows is unsupported - how was I able to tell that from the system check? It was not listed in the *** live remote ******* guide I was sent.I wasnt able to even take the exam and fear Im out the money and may be marked as absent because I couldnt fully launch the test

      I had an Exam for Cosmetology Written Test in April and they canceled my test. Called PSI in regards to it and they had now outsourced their customer ********************** to Asia somewhere. Rep ** talked so fast and was so in a rush during his call, I could barely understand him. He stated it was a "system update", which is why it was rescheduled. He then scheduled me a new test date, 2 months later! I asked about a date closer to May and because I could barely understand him I just asked for the website to look up my own dates. I went online and didnt even see the date he put in, so I felt like he messed something up, so I called back. Rep ** still in the same location because of the accent. I did understand her better. She couldnt find my acct with my first and last name and email, then asked for my candidate #. I asked what is that and she said it's my social but she cant ask for that so she has to say candidate #. I said ok, whatever, I gave her my social. It made me uneasy because of how she said that. After we found my acct, I asked can she see my test, she first state no, then after needing more info, she finally sees it. She tells me there are no more tests dates, asked what the first agent said about my first test and why it was canceled. That made me feel weird because why are you asking that if it's clearly in front of you, shouldnt you know? So then I began to ask her why she was asking and also about the social security number info portion of our convo. She then gets defensive saying I never asked what your social is, I asked your candidate #. Keep in mind, I dont care in just not understanding the attitude now. So then I asked can I just speak to a Manager she says ok, and she hangs up on me. So now I'm upset, I call back to complain about my experience and Rep ** only gives me the runaround the entire convo said no manage us avail so I said I will wait. Finally get a Manager to find out the first agent signed me up for the wrong test, and now they cant schedule me

      I got hired as a translator to assist in an exam and got approval from the ********** board and had several confirmations in letter. The *** examination site refused to accommodate and allow my client to take the exam with me claiming they didn't receive a confirmation even though we had the letters in our hands as we were speaking then followed up with refusing to CANCEL the exam because it was 7 minutes after the exam started. We showed up on time mind you. It was 7 minutes after because we spent that time discussing the issue with them. They then proceeded to mark this exam as a fail and now I can't be a translator for this exam for a full year and my client can't retake it for 90 days. What a f****** trainwreck. The representative we were in communication with was named ************************** or however you spell it. Absolutely unhelpful individual.
