      They steal your money!!!!!! They double charged me while booking a test and have refused to reimburse the money to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

      The worst experience with this company. I was scheduled to take my exam upon logging in 30 mins I noticed I was having trouble. Finally was able to log in successfully. Get to the exam part on question 40 I get a noticed system failed. I'm like you got to be kidding me. So I called technical support. I logged back in but wasn't able to go back to the test the only thing I was able to do was the survey. So going back and forth with the technical support for 2 hours they could not help and were extremely rude. They told me that it was MY fault I ran out of time and that I would have to reschedule. Remind I had like 1hr 30 min left. I will not give them more money for a exam that went down on me. What makes this worst is I'm active duty so trying to reschedule is really hard around my schedule.

      My only complaint is that they make it hard to find there number to speak with customer **********************. After speaking with tech service, they informed me to call the number that is listed on BBB and use extension 7040.Another company, TheCEShop, was suppose to give me a certificate of completion and they even sent a file named 'certificate'. Assuming this was the correct document, I scheduled my exam with PSI. Upon discovering that the certificate was invalid, I tried to reach out to PSI which was not as easy as one would hope. But after speaking with a customer ********************** rep they allowed me a one time complimentary rebooking due to the circumstances. TheCEShop should have made it more clear that the certificate they are giving you is not the actual valid certificate that is needed and provided a week later. Thank you PSI for making things right.

      June 3rd I had a exam scheduled for 2:30pm, first i had trouble logging into their system, called PSI and got the help i needed. 1hr 30min i waited and finally got into the waiting list for a *******, i waited another 45min no *******. Called PSI again and i was told by them that there is a problem and no ******* available to connect to me. After 3hrs of dealing with PSI and #4 phone calls to PSI i was told that i will get an email about rescheduling my exam again that i have to wait 3 to 5 business day. So i wanted like they said, after 3 to 5days NO EMAIL nor PHONE CALLS. I called them back again and PSI worker told me that the device i was using was not compatible with there system. 1) PSI first lied, how is my computer not compatible if PSI IT even helped me run the compatibility check and they are the one who help me get into the part where i have to wait for a *******. I was told by them AGAIN that they will submit another report to wait another 3 to 5 business days. The 3rd day i called back this time i was being told to call NHA ( ********************************* to recsheduled bec they cannot rescheduled me. Fine! called NHA many times no ans. Emailed NHA no reply. NO BODY WANTED TO HELP!!. how about my $160 that i just paid them? i worked for that money to be forfeit just like that. Non of this businesses wants to take responsibility if thats the case dont run a business but when they want your money they take it with no problem. PSI and NHA can do better to help out HEALTH CARE PERSONEL.

      Scheduling with PSI as someone who needs accommodations due to a medical condition (i.e. need my medical pump on me and able to access it during the exam) has been a complete nightmare. 1) The accommodation form says to fax the information from my doctor and call 4 business days later. I did so and got transferred from department to department. Finally someone told me that they just received my paperwork that day- even thought I had sent it 4 business days earlier and told me to keep waiting. I got an e-mail a few days later- more than a week after originally submitting. 2) I called to schedule my exam because I cannot schedule online. When scheduling online, there is an option to purchase exam practice questions, but they could not offer those to me over the phone. I was transferred again from department to department and ended up in IT, who did not listen to word I said and wanted me to share my screen with them, even after I repeatedly explained that me not being able to buy questions was not due to a technical issue. I hung up and purchased study materials elsewhere. 3) I told the person on the phone I wanted to schedule my exam for July 21st. While on the phone, I got an e-mail from PSI while on the phone- I skimmed and saw a "J and 21st" and assumed it was July 21st. Only after hanging up and reviewing my e-mails a few days later, I realized it said JUNE 21st and not July. I now have to call back and reschedule my exam. This whole experience has been infuriating and I have never have such an awful experience. I hope others with disabilities do not have to deal with such awful customer support. I hope I never have to take an exam at PSI again. I have taken exams at other testing centers and the experience is day and night. Go elsewhere if you can.

      I apparently am not the only one voicing my concerns over the lack of customer support from ***. Unfortunately, I locked myself out of my account after successfully signing in on the first page, but getting continuous prompts for my user name and PW; neither of which would work. After attempting to get through on two different browsers, I changed my password only to run into the same issue. I did not know that changing my password twice within 24 hours is the limit and had the unfortunate need to contact the *** help desk for assistance.I locked myself out of my account and needed some guidance on what to do next. Ms ****** answered the phone and was quick, short, and overall unpleasant as she told me that "there is nothing that you can do". I understand that there *** be nothing that can be done at the very moment, which is still ridiculous, but in an effort to avoid this issue in 24 hours, I had more questions. As I was attempting to get clearer guidance, ************************ up the phone on **** called her back and asked why she hung up on me. She increased her tone, and said that she hung up because she didn't hear anything. I told her that I still had questions, which she continued to argue that there is nothing that she can do. Out of frustration, she yelled, asking me what questions I had. At this point, I asked her for an email for her supervisor. She responded that she does not have any emails for anybody above her.I wished her good luck in life and disconnected my call.I reviewed the *** website for contact information for somebody that *** be able to retrain Ms ******* which was not available or readily apparent; hence, why I'm addressing my concerns through the BBB. Looks like I'm not the only one with significant concerns over the lack of customer support. I'm disappointed individuals like this represent companies with some much influence and impact in the life and careers of others.

      I am a veteran tryin to take the ***** ****** license Exam (online) at a public library. The computer in use is zoom compatible, I am logged into the site 30 minutes before the exam time and on the phone with technical support 1 hour before the exam time. Still technical support can not give me access to my exam. After staying on call with technical support for 1 hour and 28 minutes I was not able to take the test nor will I be reimbursed for the exam fee, (This is my third encounter with no resolve.) The technician was very short, rude and seemed like he would not listen to my responses and only read from a predetermined script. This is outrageous for a Federal/State approved exam site or exam center. **** customer *************************** booking **** technical support.My trouble tickets number: ******* / ******* / (lost first ticket number)

      I wish there was a way to give PSI a zero rating. I teach at a juvenile facility and all our residents take the online home version of the HiSET test. I have spent literally HOURS on the phone with tech support and the "reasons" that we supposedly have issues constantly change according to PSI. The latest fiasco was when of my students was testing in our conference room and had her test unceremoniously interrupted multiple times because the maintenance men at our facility were outside of the closed and shaded windows making noise with the weed-eater and mower! How is a locked up child going to have any control over the facility's yard crew?!? How is a man on a mower outside the window going to give a child answers on a test?! This is the absolute tip of the iceberg with PSI. We previously tested with ETS and ******** and NEVER, EVER had the issues that we encounter with PSI. Hoping that the ********* *********** of *** ditches PSI. The sooner the better.
