      I had to reschedule my in-person OR Insurance exam since, during my first exam on 3/21/23, the servers were so slow that as I progressed through the questions it took up to 15 seconds to load the next question, thus 1) negating a fair time allotment for my test (which, in my mind, is a qualifier for a refund) and 2) causing extreme psychological duress during the test. The ******** filed a report to PSI for this date. I was harassed by customer ********************** (customer ********************** rep literally goaded me and laughed at me) when I attempted to find out what had happened and to reschedule my test. Simply rescheduling was a difficult task because customer ********************** is so poor. My entire team that I work with, 3 other people, all experienced problems with taking the OR Insurance exam online. Since they had problems with online test-taking I chose to go in person. But problems persisted nonetheless, and the in-person arrangement made no difference in me being spared any test-taking issues. The ******** mentioned that the OR Insurance exam has a history of having slow servers, indicating that this is a chronic problem that hasn't been resolved by PSI.On 3/28/23 when I arrived for my repeat exam the OR insurance exam was completely offline. The ******** filed another report. I had to wait while the exam ******** repeatedly attempted to log us test-takers into PSI, which took about 50 minutes. Had it reached an hour I would have been forced to reschedule.Every aspect of this test taking experience has been unacceptable. Its unconscionable that my teammates and I endured what we did, and that we had to pay out of pocket for this terrible service. Theres an obvious trend with PSIs inability to provide its core service reliably providing tests for people. Customers suffer and lose money for this egregiously terrible company. It's criminal. Please do something about PSI.

      Absolutely disgusting company. They hold a monopoly on money state test but offer absolutely zero support. Their contact page on their website is a PO Box in a different state, and when you call the number that you can fine online all options refer you back to online. There is no customer ********************** or help and it interferes with licensing. a company that handles testing to qualify professionals should provide a professional customer **********************, and they are disgustingly neglectful

      The most incompetent and rude people I have ever encountered. They kept me on the phone for 90 minutes and made me delete and restart everything on my computer. After all that, they tell me we have an unexpected error. I wasnt able to take my exam. They dont allow you to talk to a supervisor, they are just awful.The system that doesnt allow you to even have a glass of water during an exam. Never taking any certification through those people, even if my life depended it on it.

      Called and spent over 2 hours trying to resolve an issue with my account. Was speaking to a customer ********************** rep in candidate cs named *** and asked to speak to a supervisor. He would not transfer me to a manager after many attempts of requesting. He then transferred me to a random department after failing to resolve my problem. He was incredibly incompetent and disrespectful and now I still have an issue and have wasted my time. Unacceptable

      The women who work in the *********** office are the rudest people I have ever met! They do not listen to what you tell them, throw your paperwork around and quite frankly are ignorant to what types of care there are in **. The first time I went, I had to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes while they figured out what they wanted for lunch.

      on 3/14/23 i paid ****** US dollars for a certification Hospice and pallative licensed nurse exam. since that date i have been unable to schedule my test, and get a error message. i called the *** company at ************** and reported this to the customer service lady who too, had the same issue and created a IT ticket and told me that i should be receiving a email which should prompt me to continue scheduling my exam. after waiting for a week i have called the company back and transferred me 5 times with no one able to assist me. i was on a indefinite hold for over a hour. now speaking with a lady, who too can not help me and states that she will create another ticket for IT.

      Horrible website that does not work. Must call customer support multiple times to get just to schedule one test. Finally get a test date after paying my $85 a month ago, then car breaks down on my way to the test. I call psi and *** says send in paperwork of broken car to reschedule the exam. Then his supervisor gets on the phone and says they do not reschedule unless a death. So after a month of chasing psi by email and phone calls, ai am now just out $85 and I have to do this **************** again!?! Because this is the only company that is contracted to provide this test for me in the ***************** so I have to go thru all this again and spend another $85 and very likely have to make multiple calls to get the test scheduled again.
