      Worst experience with any company ever. Tried online first. They scheduled it for midnight. I tried many times to get the lady in the *********** to understand that 12 am was midnight and she insisted that was my test time.They took extra money for 2 day shipping for a book so I could study for my midnight test. It arrived 5 days later, about 12 hours after my test and they refuse to refund the money for expediting the book.Could not speak to ANYONE in *******. Only ***************. It finally took getting the local inspector I evolved and his complaints to his office finally got my test rescheduled.In addition, I can't confirm this but very shortly after I signed up with them I started getting upwards of 30 to 40 spam emails a day. That's been nearly 3 months ago and it continues. It is VERY coincidental if they aren't selling email addresses at the very least. With the reviews I've seen. I would bet they are.Very poor business and very poor way of conducting business. Negative 5 stars

      Absolutely horrible experience. Signed a few of my employees up for the Food Managers Course and Exam. One of them took about 3 hours to get onto the test, another never took it as he was kicked off of the exam a few times. We were trying to help him get back in and they kicked him out again and we must've spent about 5 hours now with their HORRENDOUS customer **********************. Awful. Terrible. Atrocious. I'll also be reporting this to BBB to get my $$ for the exam back. They should close. ZERO STARS.

      Worst company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Online bookstore customer ********************** does NOT answer calls. Study guide books are not available to add to cart. Spoke to a representative named *******. She was a hateful black woman with the absolute worst attitude. She should NOT be in customer ********************** anywhere anytime. I have contacted the ** state Contractor's licensing board to report PSI as incompetent & unprofessional.

      PSI Testing cares only about the fee. They do not concern themselves with that of being any assistance in the registration process nor the accuracy of the information they put in their student handout / bulletin. I, per their instructions forwarded to request registrations for 2 different state's master plumbing/gas fitter exams. Both were sent separately via FedEx, received and verified as delivered on the 31st of Jan.2023 at their Tropicana address along with their required fees. They have not processed the applications, neither have they sent any correspondence with any request or directions. I have called them daily for 2 weeks with no results, the only persons to speak with are in another country and there is never a supervisor available. At this point, I must agree, 1 star is 1 too many!

      The worst technology and customer service I have EVER experienced. The first customer service rep did NOT understand english and could not understand simple thing like inputting date of birth. When I asked to finally speak to her supervisor she started to laugh with her co-workers and thought it was funny that I was now frustrated. She would not give me her name and was completely disrespectful and should not be employed in any dealing with people. I finally hung up and got someone that is just as bad who's name is Ivy. You guys really need to do better, it's not that hard to find quality people to do their jobs and LISTEN....or is it?

      Went on their website to schedule an assessment for a job at usps.their website listed 2 days open for me to choose from to take the assessment. I picked Monday the 31st. I showed up 30 minutes early to the testing site on that day and was told I was supposed to have been there on the previous Saturday and they would not let me take the assessment. I contacted this company and they refused to let me retake this assessment and they would not accept fault for this. I missed a great job opportunity because of this company's negligence. They refused to let usps know that it was their mistake and now it looks bad on me for missing an assessment.this is a terrible company and they need to own up to their mistakes. There is a reason you cannot contact them by phone. They are shady and need to be held accountable.usps needs to find a better company to work with.

      I purchased my retake exam on 1/27 and was charged twice for the same test. I’ve called numerous times and have been given different information each time. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied by how their customer service department is run. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor several times as well and was either hung up on or given an excuse of “the supervisor is in a meeting” I’ve even asked to speak to the accounting department regarding my refund and they say there is no contact information for that department.. This company should not exist as most of us are students trying to receive a license to better our education and our lives. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would give negative stars if that was an option. PSI is absolutely a scam!

      I don't even want to give PSI one star, what an absolute SCAM. Once you start a practice exam, even if you did not answer a single question, they won't give you a refund. This is an awful company, the computer system is so old you run out of time when you take the exam even when you know the material like the back of your hand. If you can take your exam elsewhere, please do. They're stealing money left and right.

      Practice tests are a digital purchase. A refund will only be granted if you have not redeemed your access code. If you have already redeemed your access code, then you are ineligible for a refund.

      might as well forget about taking an online exam. They only way there are happy is if you're in a 100% cleaned room with nothing but you in it. So frustraing.
