      Id give them -100 stars if I could… absolute worst company ive ever had the experience of having to work with. Websites do not work. The proctors are ********. And they never answer the phone and if they do after being on hold for 3 hours they all say they cant do anything to help… a two year old could have the jobs of there so called “tech support” couldn’t be more frustrated.

      Is this business a scam? One out of five stars? Yikes. Employers need to find an alternative testing option.

      They processed the second set of payments for two insurance tests in WI and about 12 hours prior to the first re-test, the website would not show the upcoming tests or past tests.

      All email inquiries go unanswered.

      All phone calls go unanswered.

      Three calls of 45 minutes each and one today of two hours and counting to the WI phone number AND the main phone number.

      No chat function on website.

      Employment depends on these tests. ***. What are people supposed to do?

      PSI reached out to the testing candidate last 1/23/23 requesting for more details and to assist with the concern. However, PSI did not received a response.

      I had an appointment for testing at the Balto,Md. test site on Jan. 14th 2023, 8:30 am. Before going inside, I noticed a women come out and return to here car. I then went inside to the receptionist, see checked my identification and checked her list of test takers for that day. She told me that my name was not on the list to test that day. She then stated " The woman who was just here to test was not on the list either, and this was her 4th attempt to take the test." I showed the receptionist that I had an email to prove that I had the appointment for this day and time. The receptionist made a phone call somewhere and was told that my appointment had been cancelled. I asked " Who cancelled it, because I certainly didn't ?" She didn't have an answer. So, I'm out $*** for the test fee, had to take the day off from work without pay, and my certification expires on Jan 31 st. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. If I could have left less than 1 star, I would have. BTW, if my appointment was cancelled, what happened to the email notifying me of this? I certainly wouldn't have wasted 2 hours driving back and forth for nothing. My hat goes off to the receptionist. She was very understanding and apologetic. She gets the 5 stars.

      Absolutely horrible, Absolutely frustrating, after taking the test back in November "reading exam" I still haven't received my results. I contacted PSI/Hiset multiple times about this situation. There customer support line is an absolute waste of time. **** holds with no help SAME AWNSER let me escalate the problem I have escalated this on going issue multiple times with no reply, after just under 3 months hoping to have these results I truly believe this is a scam. After talking to someone today they said this is an on going issue she said it like it was supposed to make me feel better. I believe they send your calls to a 3rd party an they can absolutely care less about your situation. Save yourself the frustration an further yourself with another testgiver

      Took a test 12/30/22. The testing center had a problem with their printer- they told me they'd email me my grade- It never came. Called the test center and the test center said they could see my test was complete but couldn't give me my grade and told me to call psi.... ?? I need to know if I passed **** test. So, Called psi( it's now 1/9/23), waiting for a grade I'm supposed to receive same day, and they're saying they need to get in touch with the testing center to see if they can confirm my story to get my grade in 3-5 business days. Like what? This company's policies on giving out your test score and how it's filed and managed is completely antiquated. I am so unhappy as my job is hanging on the balance of completing my next license.

      Too bad I can only give 1 star as the low. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Experience. After 2+ hours on the phone, only thing accomplished was my wife in tears, and software left loaded on our computer that lead to another HORRIBLE PSI tech support experience to get it removed. I wasn't surprised to see a **** rating once I came here to leave this review. My wife studied for over a year to be prepared for this test. PSI doesn't have to technical ability to make it work, and their "Tech Support" is good for nothing but asking questions from their script. By the way, those questions are totally irrelevant. I then wasted another hour getting their software removed from my computer, and having to reconfigure my machine to the state it was prior to their incompetence. Best advice, if you are forced to use this company for something, I guess just plan on being inconvenienced and go to a walk-in site. If it's anything like this mornings experience, plan on a lot of wasted time, ****** rules, and a bad experience. Hopefully your experience won't end in your wife in tears and no test done.

      I have had three separate issues with ****************, Technical Support and taking exams. The latest issue was i took the entire exam, encountered an error when I tried to submit it and everything was erased and have to take it again at a later date.
