      Worst company EVER!!! 1 STAR IS WAAAY TOO MUCH!!! I tried registering for my MD ****************** Exam, follow all their instructions, sent a money order then after about two weeks they sent back all my paperwork and indicated that they don't accept money orders. WTH! Their website clearly indicates to send money order for the $44 payment. Been calling for weeks while waiting on the phone for over an hour each time while no one seems to know WTH needs to be done. Everytime I get a different answer. There is no synchronization of information. The left hand just don't speak to the right hand. These employees are simply untrained and don't know shit! They just read from a paper and simply have no clue what to do. After passing my both my National and State exams the portal only shows a partial updated. When I call in and finally get to speak to someone at PSI they still can't see my results. To make matters worst, when I completed both my exams at the testing center in ********* ** at Tower Oaks I DID NOT receive any documentation showing that I passed the exam. The computer and rep informed that I passed but I received no documentation, WTH. I refused to leave the center without any documentation but the rep kept trying to assure me not to worry until it was time to close the center and I had no choice but to leave. I had to leave this place with no proof after studying my a** off for weeks and weeks while these FOOLS can't get their S*** together. I simply can't understand why on earth the MD real estate commission still keep using this horrible company. PSI is junk!!! I hope you never have to use this company!!!

      I took my real estate exam and passed it. I had to wait on a clearance from the real estate commission and as a result, it had been over a year since I took the test. I bought a house in March and misplaced my test score, which I need to get my license. I contact PSI and they said they don't hold scores after 12 months. Without my test score I cant get my license so now i must take the exam again. Customer ********************** reps are not empathetic at all. It makes no sense that a company thats sole purpose is to test people cannot produce my test score in the technological era of 2023. Horrible!

      WORST TESTING CENTER!!! Iv had my exam rescheduled 4 times because they claim agents have sent me the wrong testing file then once they do it right all of a sudden I cant test on a desk top and need a external camera. LOL. This is a joke?? ** also had an agent call me stupid for testing in a desk top these people are unbelievable and are no help at all.

      Ridiculous!!!!! Harder just to get a exam rescheduled or even response!! The website for scheduling a exams said to click the link to see if computer was compatible well unfortunately mine was not so it had said on the website either email and had a link to get a response from technical support or call. I emailed and 3 days before my exam and no response. I called numerous times and was having trouble getting through. I called again the day of and they told me that they will submit a ticket and to call back in ************************************************** 72 hrs. I waited more then that and the response I got was it was my fault. How is this my fault?!!! Now I wonder how many people they scam out of their money for trying to reschedule their exam!! Their website should say CALL ONLY AND KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET A RESPONSE BECAUSE WE DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS.

      the only good thing about them is they answer the phone. the rest is horrible. Their staff can barley understand English, have no idea what they're doing, and just read of a piece of paper. I am having issues login in to my account, I spent close to an hour on the phone with 3 different "departments". they refuse to let me talk to a supervisor. When I complained that I can't understand the representative accent she just hung up on me!!!

      This is RIDICULOUS! Took the exam half way and was asked to show my table. Noth*** was on it! Took it half way their PSI wesbite calculator was not work*** and I told them it was not work*** and it took the ******* 5 minutes before the ******* would answer and upon answer*** questions it is tak*** forever! I used my HELLO KITTY calculator basically a very basic calculator since I wasnt been helped by them as was told I need to call the technical support and before the exam I was told to put my phone away so it is within reach and now ask*** me to call technical support?? this is just insane!!! Worst customer **********************! It takes them up to 5 business days to escalate the problem! I am not sure how this would work as other online ******* exam does not have such is***! They terminate my exam because I am us*** my HELLO KITTY calculator! I took time off for this and also paid someone to watch my kids and they just close my exam because of a calculator! Oh come on, your F-*** website and calculator is not even work*** at the time and the ******* that your hired wouldnt even fix it or pause my time of the exam as it is runn*** out. This is just ridiculous! I need to *** you for your broken system!

      PSI is a total joke! I was given special accommodations for double time on my State Exam. After I began the exam, I noticed that there was only 1/2 the time allotted. I took the test remotely & asked the online ******* to add the time to my test. He stated that he couldn't assist me with that request, and then had me call Tech Support. The remote ******* said that he would pause mt "time" while I made this call. Tech support was absolutely ZERO help, and told me to just go and finish the exam. When I returned to finish the exam....the remote ******* never paused my "time", and therefore I received a failing grade bc the test timed out. Since this occurred over 1 month ago.....I have phoned them numerous times, and still no answers....except for the fact that they did accept responsibility making an error in the time alottment, and that they would reschedule and cover the cost, and would "Escalate" the issue and I would receive a return call in 24 hrs. Since then....1 week has passed....and still no call. 'I made the call today....(total call time 1hr 10mins), and the person on their end has absolutely no idea what I am referencing. This test is for a State/National Exam and is extremely important to the advancement of my career. Is there any person in Government that can investigate this company???

      I feel compelled to share a terrible experience I had with PSI. I was scheduled to take the exam today remotely at 11:30am, they did not send me a link or any instructions, so I just attempted to go to the website 1 hour before the test and my password was not working. I attempted to reset the password, still not working. I called their customer ********************** and was bounced around to 7 different support analysts in the period of an hour, only to discover they were having some tech issue on their end. Obviously, I missed the exam and they charged me $38. This is not the first time I had a problem with them. When I had to call them to schedule the exam, it took me about 45 minutes to get through support. As for today, they told me the entire testing system is down and they don't know when they can reschedule the exam which would be either remote or in person and "someone will be calling me back". I don't understand how we can have a company like this manage this process that is so important and critical to our business. It's stressful enough, to have to go through all of the requirements to be eligible to take the exam and then to have to deal with a logistical process that should be seamless, was a nerve-racking nightmare.

      The people that work for this company is very incompetent. When I went to take the IL Brokers exam I found out my social security number was incorrect, it was missing the first number. How did the system allow you to enter only 8 digits for a social security number. They lady at the desk said she could not correct it and gave me a phone number to call. Now on my PSI portal my sis number is correct so the issue had to happen when they transferred my information over. I spent hours and days trying to get this corrected. I was told a supervisor had to correct it, then my sponsoring school had to correct it, then IT had to correct it. In the end no one corrected it. Finally I decided to create another account and asked them to delete the old one, which they said would take 48hrs. After the 48hrs, I tried to log on to the portal and I kept receiving a message that my email or password was incorrect. Impossible! Because I used the same password and I clearly log onto my portal 48hrs before my old account was deleted. When I tried to change the password, it said that there was a server error. Unbelievable! I was sent in circles trying to get this corrected. Im so tired, disappointed and upset!!! Its hard not to believe that they are trying to sabotage my chances of getting my license. Why would they do this?!!!!
