      I wish there was negative stars! PSI... what a racket. The only way to take my real estate exam is through this company. I have been done with my course work for 4 months! And due to "glitches" in the system was not able to schedule... They could clearly see I was done and ready to take the test but still.. had to wait for their computers to "update"... 4 months! Then when I took the test, finally , I failed only half of it by 1%! So I called asap to reschuled to take the test again..After taking my money... another $220 I was informed that yet again, a glitch... I need to wait ***** business hours to schedule... waiting for their system to update.A whole week later... STILL can't reschedule! Out $220 again and still waiting to take my test.This is a joke!

      If giving this company less than 1 star was an option, Id give a -5!!! The worst customer **********************! **** reps that talk in circles to try and confuse or dismiss you.

      If I could give a negative review score, I would. I took the ********* insurance exam on 10/14/23 at the ********, ** location. First I was required to take off my outer pullover shirt and test in only my undershirt. As a female, I thought this was appalling and violated my right to bodily privacy. My pullover was not a jacket, sweater or any type of outer wear. It was a pullover shirt my primary article of clothing. But I was told I wouldn't believe how people cheat. Once test was completed I was informed that I needed to be fingerprinted. I did not bring my wallet inside and informed the young male *******. He stated go get it. However, when I tried to return the door was locked. I phoned the emergency management number for the building and the building manager stated she watched (on camera)the young man follow me and lock the door. It took ********************************************************** the building. When I asked why the door had been locked he laughed and stated oh well, you took too long. I then stated I did not want to be fingerprinted and asked for the copy of my test results. He proceeded to tell me PSI was the only place I could get fingerprinted, they no longer provided a hard copy of results, and that he had just been playing. While leaving, I could plainly hear him speaking about me to another customer. When asked if he had anything to say to me he threatened to call 911 because, now, he is the make-believe victim. If you need to conduct business without being played with this is not where you should spend your money. There are multiple testing sites across the state. Go to a site where you are valued and there is some sense of customer **********************. There is also no direct number to launch a complaint.

      THIS IS SUCH A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I MEAN HORRIBLE AND GA IS WRONG FOR CONTINUING TO DO BUSINESS WITH PSI. THEY HAVE LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT CALLING ME BACK AND NO ONE HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME. I haven't received any call backs. NOTHING. THIS IS HORRIBLE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT EXCELLENCE, NOT A GREAT EXPIERENCE. TAKING MY MONEY BUT CANT SCHEDULE MY TEST. THEN THE EMPLOYEES ARE LYING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME OR FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. THEY KEEP SAYING WAIT ***** HOURS. AND ITS BEEN 1.5 WEEKS NOW.

      Getting a hold of anyone here is extremely difficult. They do not list any support phone numbers on their website. Instead you have to email them and wait for them to get back to you. Luckily, a quick ****** search showed some phone numbers for them. One number didn't work and the other number takes you to some offsite call center that is extremely loud in the background. I've been trying to schedule my exam, but it says that my email is already registered & I know I've never registered it myself. The candidate line I reached says that IT needs to help me and she will transfer me, I asked her for a direct line to IT and she said she can't see their phone number, that she can only transfer me?! This is the second phone call that I am on hold for 15+ minutes. This is ridiculous. Customer support should be able to assist with basic troubleshooting problems like this and there is no reason any company should make it so difficult to find their phone number.

      I took the ******** real estate broker exam on Oct 3. After the test, the ******* said the *** site didn't let him print my results or show if I passed. I couldn't believe it! He then gave me a phone number to call *** when they opened the next day. I was so mad after all the prep and stress. So I call and the person at *** says we can't tell you the results, you'll get an email in 2 to 5 days. I asked, why can't you tell me and she said because we aren't allowed and I can't see the results anyway. What? What's the use of even having customer ********************** if you can't see anything and have no solutions? WORTHLESS! Now it is Oct 9, NO EMAIL YET! so I call again today. ( I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the weekend) they say over and over they will escalate, which seems to be the" go to" phrase that every complaint gets, and I will get an email in 24 to 48hrs. SUCH BS! After reading how nothing gets resolved for most people, I'm terrified that this will stretch on and on for me like some people have had and that I will never get my results! HORRIBLE COMPANY...they need to be SHUT DOWN. I want my results!

      I took and passed the real estate exam almost one month ago and I cannot start working on the business because I cannot get a copy of my score report which has to be submitted to apply for my license. I have been calling 3-4 times per week for 3 weeks and have been told that my issue has been escalated and prioritized but I still do not have my scores. Using this company was a very bad decision. The way that I have been handled constitutes theft because I paid for a product (the test) and, yet, I don't have my scores. I am considering legal recourse just to get what I paid for.Ticket# *******-escalated, prioritized but no scores!

      Wish I could leave 0 stars. I've never experienced such utter and complete incompetence in a company. They had one job - properly deliver an industry-required exam. Somehow, they lost my exam results. How.Does.This.Happen???Customer ********************** is abysmal. Count on a 1 hour hold - I'm sitting at 1:11 as I type). Agents are clueless and supervisors are rude. They told me no one has access to my results to protect my privacy. Um, my bank has more sensitive data than PSI test results and I don't have any problem accessing my banking information. It's been 5 business days since I took my exam and I still don't know what I scored. 4 phone calls (with at least an hour wait time) and 3 unreturned emails and I still don't have an answer. Was told the tech team would search for my results but if they couldn't find them I would have to take the exam again. Unbelievable.Want to guarantee horrible service and broken business processes, have the government require a service and only allow one business to provide that service. Why would PSI invest in developers and customer ********************** if they get all the business regardless of how they perform. I don't have a choice but if I did I would never, ever use PSI...

      These people are incompetent at their jobs. I have spoken to three supervisors and they are also clueless. I became eligible for an exam on September 19 and received an approval email. I called to set up my test date, time, and location paid my fee, and received a confirmation number. I was then put on hold when ******* came back they stated that they had not received the payment. I read back the confirmation number and then was told I had to wait 48 hours. When I called back they said that my payment still was not showing and they could not schedule my exam until payment. I mentioned that I called my bank and they confirmed that PSI received the payment. Today is the 27 of September and I'm on the phone with PSI once again for another hour and they are still stating that they don't know where my payment is. I was just told that I would have to pay again today and wait for them to send a refund for the first payment.

      These people are incompetent at their jobs. I have spoken to three supervisors and they are also clueless. I scheduled my exam 4 times and 3 times it was cancelled even after I went to the test site with an Uber round trip ***************************************************************************************************************** and then this time it was to take it at home online and the link to launch the exam didnt work and they are doing an investigation and its been three weeks already and nothing.
