      I became eligible for an exam on August 24 and received an email from psi of my eligibility to include a link to schedule. The link did not work. Upon calling, I was told the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. It was not. After ten days of calling with a 45 minute to one hour wait time for each call, I was then told it was an IT issue that would be resolved by days end. After 22 days, the issue is not resolved. PSI charged me (twice infact) however is withholding services. The only access of communication is with customer ********************** reps as there is literally no way to connect with a supervisor or higher authority. At present, I have paid $1700 for completed course work for exam eligibility and two changes of $53 to PSI. As this credential creates eligibility for job opportunities, I am being denied these opportunities as well. As of day 22, my state board is involved. Apparently the state board has supervisor access however there is still no communication toward resolution. As a professional of 30 years, I have never experienced such incompetence. My next step will be to contact an attorney as well as the ** AG as this is the approved vendor of ** DOH

      Yesterday, I re-took Both CT and ************* estate salespersons Exams. After completing the 120min. Of the National portion and then went on to the state portion of my exam. I now know that what this ******* did not once but twice to me and disrupted me mid exam with telling me I only had **** min left when on my test screen the remaining time was ***** min. Yesterday the ******* stopped my state examination even with 20 minutes of remaining to complete my exam on my computer as my time actually remaining AND with **** question I still needed to answer! I was beyond myself as I did nothing for him to panic peddle me in the **** ROOM on time when I had the time right insight. He disrupted me while i was near the ends of my 2nd portion of my exam and proceeded to end my exam telling me my time was up and the denied me any valid reason he had to doing what he did and made it clear even before unlocking my bag of belongs and retrieving my scrap paper if I didnt leave the premises he would call the cops, I told him do that as he violate my rights of finishing my exam for the remainder of the time I had left that was counting down. The ******* then told me I dont go by the given time on the computer screen and that I go by the clock on the wall. I told him thats a violation that is prohibited in the rules and regulations. I am so upset and infuriated with How the ******* conducted himself and did what he did. I want a refund and answers to why this is even aloud. On top of all this He refused to give me my national results that I graciously completed. I did speak to the police and they did take a report yet said it was out of their jurisdiction and to follow up with PSI. If his actions were valid I would not be reporting this but I know I was wronged by what he did.

      They received zero stars. I am trying to take my ******** real estate exam. The first time I showed up to the texting center the system was down. I waited there for 2 hours then was told to go home and they will reschedule my exam for no cost. I was inconvenienced however understood. That being said I have had to reschedule my exam due to work conflicts and have always had issues with their website not working so on an so forth. I reschedule my Sept 9th exam for Sept. 16 on Sept 5 at 12:46 PM with plenty of time to be in the 48 hour cancelation policy. I have a screenshot of the the rescheduled exam date and time for sept 16 however when I called to confirm they said I dont have anything booked and that I no showed on Sept. 9. I provided documentation of the rescheduled exam along with the payment I submitted. I was on the phone for and hour and 15 minutes trying to book my exam that I had already paid for that they have no record of. I was being told I had to pay again and that I no showed an exam which is entirely false, they refuse to understand the facts that I provided which were my form or payment receipt and receipt of exam time. All I want is to take my exam that I rightfully paid for. If I do not get rescheduled at no cost I will be taking them to court. This is not OK. Fighting over the phone with a paying customer for well over and hour for what? I provided all the proof and documentation that will easily hold up in a court of law and I will be filing an official law suit if this does not get rectified.

      PSI is simply unprofessional.Overseas helpdesk is worthless and does not fix the problem.Lots of the same questions over and over but not solution?I have attempted to take a real estate exam 4 times. Not once have they sent me a link (that works) so I am forced to lose a week and reschedule.All I want to do is take my test!

      I dont even want to give them one star they ****, I was scheduled for a test at 5 PM. I showed up at 3:33 PM an hour and a half before I have to take my test. I went to go inside and noticed that the door was locked. The lights were off and no one was inside, so I called psi and they told me unfortunately PS I will not be able to conduct my test because the testing center is closed PSIs CUSTOMER ********************** TOLD ME THIS. I called to have a fee waiver filled out which they wanted proof of them being closed. I dont have proof other than the recorded call they have on log but wont pull up. They are the absolute worst and a complete joke. They literally need to be disbanded

      WHY THE **** ARE WE PUTTING UP WITH THIS S*** FROM ANY BUSINESS. LAST I CHECK WE THE PEOPLE MAKE OR BREAK EVERY SINGLE ******* COMPANY THAT WANTS TO TREAT US LIKE AN ATM . I DONT ******* THINK SO IM SO SICK OF HEARING EVERYONE COMPLAIN BUT YET ***** HAS THE ***** TO BOYCOTT THEM. I GUARENFUCKING T YOU THAT IF WE ALL REFUSE TO TEST OR GIVE THEM A SINGLE BIT OF BUSINESS FOR JUST A SHORT WHILE THEY WILL TIGHTEN UP BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT SURVIVE WITHOUT OUR BUSINESS THEY CANT PAY EMPLOYEES HRY CANT DO S*** . YES IT MAY INCONVINIENCE US A BIT BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS DOING THAT ANYWAYS SO THERE WOULD BE NO DIFFERENCE EXCEPT LETTING THEM KNOW THEY WILL NOT TREAT US HOWEVER THEY WISH WHILE TAKING OUR MONEY. BUSINESSES AND PEOPLE DO WHAT YOU LET THEM GET AWAY WITH . ITS THAT SIMPLE . THEY ASSUME THEY ARE THE ONLY TESTING COMPANY THERFORE IT DOESNT MATTER . BUT WE DONT HAVE TO DO S*** WE CAN HOLD OF TESTING UNTILL THEY STRAITEN UP . HAVE THE ***** TO DO SOMTHING BECAUSE THIS S*** IS ONLY GETTING WORSE WITH BUSINESSES BITING THE ***** THAT FEED THEM AND THE GOVERNMENT HAVE THE ***** OR IT WILL BE OUR KIDS DEALING WITH THIS ******** AND MUCH WORSE. YOU GOT IT IN YOU TO PUT DOWN YOUR FOOT AND FORCE THESE BUSINESSES TO REMEMBER WHO THE **** RUNS S*** .IT AINT THEM ITS US. REMEMBER YOU ARE IN CONTROL. THESE BUSINESSES AND THE GOVERNMENT HAVE GOTTEN A LITTLE BIG HEADED LETS DEFLATE THAT A BIT. IT WOULDNT TAKE BUT MAYBE A FEW WEEKS FOR THEM TO CHANGE THEIR WAYS.

      F***PSI!!!! They have a rule where youre not allowed to mouth or read words allowed during a proctored exam. If anyone else has ever had a learning disability or interacted with someone with a learning disability, you would know that one of the first skills people with learning disabilities are taught is to read aloud. I was failed and kicked out of the exam ******************************************************* my head. THIS RULE IS EXPLICIT DISCRIMINATION AGENST PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES A simple ****** search will show research how reading comprehension improves greatly for people with learning disabilities. can someone please tell me what to do I order to take legal action agents PSI.

      I would give them a 0 stars out of 5! The worst company that I have ever worked with!!! I have never been so frusterated with working with a company as this. IT DOESN'T appear we have any other choice, if we want to get liceansed but I am looking into other opions. It should be a red flag when they tell you 4 times that your money is non refundable. They won't listen to you all they will say is you can pay the fee again to schedule the test again.

      Description of complaint:On Thursday, May 11, 2023 I took the ******** Salesperson *********** ************* at ************************* located at ************************************************************************. All throughout the 3 or so hours I was there I could outbursts as if there was parting going on just outside the door and only feet from the check-in area. Upset about the occurrence and needless to say I failed the exam! On On Tuesday, August 1, 2023 because it's only miles from my residence in a convenient location i rescheduled the exam at the same location. On Thursday, August 17, 2023, I arrived around 1:33PM, waiting about 5 minutes for the ******* to check me in. Once she enters the front door immediately she states, "You're late!" I stood up and approached her and said, "wait a minute, I've been here for 5 minutes!" She then attempted to cut me off before explaining. Disgusted at her unprofessional behavior I told her "the last time I was here I hear nothing but loud conversation and outbursts that was uncalled for being a testing center." She then proceeds to tell me that "if you hear it again come out and let me know" as if to remove herself from all wrongdoing as a willing participant! The latest episode was just like the last, with what appears to be the same individual with no apparent real business in the testing center allowed to disrupt testing session! On several occasions the door was left open, therefore forced to listen to conversations by just another loiterer seated at the front desk! Each time I've been to this location it could not have been any more poorly run! Constant gatherings/loitering around the check-in desk! Paying $62 for exam the exam I believe I HAVE A RIGHT to a quiet and distraction-free environment respected by the *******! Upon completing the exam I answered to survey stating what I've referenced above. Do yourself a favor and find another testing service and thank me later!!

      THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! WHY ARE WE REQUIRED TO USE THEM???? I have scheduled to take my test twice and both times they said they needed confirmation from the state, which was already provided and I already got a confirmation number from them. All of their representatives are overseas and do not know how to navigate the system properly.
