I have been utilizing my RING devices for notifications. Our cameras have been working great. I'm sure the ** summer decreases the battery power, but haven't had issues with the devices. Our main issue is when we have issues to report, our reports are consistently denied. So safety reports about potential vagrants in the neighborhood or suspicious activity.. denied constantly. So the cameras allow the videos to be taken, but you can't report anything due to the 'REVIEW BOARD' denying every post I attempt. You cannot be specific about a race of a person for assistance in finding individuals. Terrible company, and I hope I can get my money back for the constant refusal to post my safety concerns.Ring

I purchased a ring dash cam when they first came out and 9 months after my warranty expired, somehow it stopped working I called, and they were no help. Even when I asked if I could get a refurbished one or mail mine so it can get fixed. Because who know when they will go on sale again, he was no help they just said my warranty expired and they couldn't help. I went ahead and cancelled everything.Ring

I purchase Ring cameras for my home because I thought Ring was a reputable, honest company, but I guess I was wrong. One of my cameras only lasted 2 years. **************** says there is nothing to be done, and wanted me to purchase another camera. $200 to last only 2 years is a joke.Ring

Terrible service. The doorbell is the only upside. The cameras lose signal easily and there is a scavenger **** that the customer is tasked with in order to get a replacement for a faulty system. If you must purchase ring, purchase from ****** and not from there direct website. At the very least, ****** will take returns for faulty product where ring has a long list of checkpoints. Suggest you get a more sophisticated software!Ring

I have been a Ring customer for many years, and until recently, I could control my alarm system through the app, regardless of having a paid plan. Now, the company forces customers to pay for a subscription to have any remote control over their system. Although the website implies that you can obtain a basic plan at a lower cost and have full app functionality, this is not true. The company requires that you either have a pro or plus plan to control device modes, etc., from the app.Ring

I have been a ring customer over 7 years. I pay for the ********************** protect plan when my devices were stolen after 8 hours on phone being told my devices would be replaced flooding up serial numbers filing police report and numerous so called managers suing they were processing my order. I am told the next day that the pathlights are not covered. The same pathlights that were covered in March of 2022 because they replaced a few due to theft back then. I asked for an address for corporate to write. Complaint letter only to be told there is no address. I do NOT recommend ring to anyone they do not treat their customers with an ounce of respect or appreciationRing

I Purchased a ring camera floodlight for my yard at the end of 2023. It was installed and hardwired by a licensed electrician. I added a new transformer to my house. It stopped working and went totally dead after four months. I contacted Ring. They made me go through a circus act to try to get it to work. They then sent me a refurbished replacement as opposed to a new camera floodlight like I originally purchased. It was installed at the end of February and now again it is absolutely dead. I talked to the manager, *****, and he said its out of its ************************************************** a 35% discount to purchase a new one. Why would I purchase a new one when they do not stand behind their product? Ive had this refurbished one for six months and its completely dead and they said thats the best they can do. *** purchased many of these ring products for clients and family members. I will never purchase another Ring product. Zero customer service and their product is absolute garbage.Ring

I have called Ring on three occasions over the past month with no resolution of my problem. Mr ***** door device ********************** alert button will not stay on. The three representatives I spoke with keep telling me that technical support is working on the problem. When I ask to speak to someone in technical support Im told that cant happen. When I ask to speak to someone in management Im told the same thing. I have six Ring devices which up until now I was very satisfied with. It is a shame that this company has a good product but doesnt have the management support to help customers and resolve their problem.************Ring

HORRIBLE... What a misleading company. I placed an order on Wednesday & the site said it would deliver Saturday. Yet, it's Friday and Ring just shipped the product...not expedited and it says 3-5 days for delivery. I needed this installed by Monday. Made several calls. Got a ************************* Supervisor after several attempts and was told she had no Manager and I could not escalate this call any further. Appalling. If they are this pathetic with just the shipping process, I can't imagine **************** when you have an alarm issue. One of the worst C/S experiences I've ever encountered. I tried their Corp Phone Number and it doesn't even go through to Ring.Ring
