    im trying to cancel my account and there is no real way of doing so, i have opt a phone call to cancel and still nothing . i would like to remove my payment method , so i am not charged for a service im not going to pay for after calling the number to remove my billing statement per month.

    I found my name and information on the peoplewhiz website and want it removed. I have experienced identity theft in the past and refuse to send my license just to have my information removed. Please verify the information I have given in this complaint and remove my information immediately. Thank You.*****

Our data architecture and proprietary technology allows us to search through the records and deliver results instantly to our customers. We do not have control of the public records available, but we do allow individuals to remove their name from the database. The driver's license is only requested to validate the identity of the individual requesting (there can be multiple people with matching names and cities) for their information to be removed and to help us with our monthly compliance review. We have gone ahead and removed your information and you do NOT need to provide an ID.

    i asked by email to remove my information no responce at all. i asked by phone and instead of even helping the hung up on me the longer bbb takes the more people take advantage of my information HAVE THEM REMOVE IT OR ELSE!!!!!!!

    I went to opt-out to have my information removed due to privacy issues. The website says I am only allowed to opt-out if I send in my ID which I will not do. I have opt-out of most of these kind of websites and not one has asked me to send in my ID to verify my identity. I will not do so because again privacy issues. If I do not want my information on this website and do not want my information sold I have a right to say no without having to reveal much more further personal email such as my ID.

    To whom I may concern, I bought a one time fee special to look up information on three people. I looked up myself first and most of it was false. Then I looked up two other people. I was charged the amount of the purchase to my account but I keep getting charged each month now. I only purchased a one time fee to look up three people. My bank called to warn me of potential fraud on my account and I cancelled my card. I just now got another fraud alert from my bank on my New card! Thank you *************************

    I paid for a PeopleWhiz search subscription which was sold as a complete and full report on anyone I could name, then they want more money for a "premium" package which would give a real full report. Classic "bait and switch". I looked at a few reports and they were very cursory. This company is a fraud! I want my money back.

    I checked my pay pal account and found out this company was deducting from my credit card every month since April '22. I have not signed up for this. I do not know how my pay pal account was accessed. Please cancel this and refund my money.

    I have created an account recently with this business but have NOT purchased any membership. I have tried to opt-out to no longer have my information displayed and this business is requiring customers to download and submit a copy of their ID, something that is never asked by other businesses nor should it ever be asked on a site such as this where info can so easily be obtained by whomever on the internet. I want to be opted- out immediately.

    This company is fraud they offered a full comphensive report for ***** and the requested a upgrade for the information they promised
