    I found four charges beginning in July 2022, through September 30, 2022 for **************** , peoplewhizcom (2) and peoplewhiz.com on my amex bills. no one who has access to my credit card has any reason to have subscribed to this 'service' or any remembrance of even possibly accidentally clicking on their website. i see that other complaints have reported a similar situation. I do not even know how to access an account with them since i have not ever used their service.

    I looked myself up on their site for ****. The information they had on me was wrong throughout the report. I get a notification my electric bill won't clear the bank because this place stole ***** without authorization from my account. I called them and explained my situation. Not only was the representative rude he also refused any solution. It clearly states on their site customer satisfaction guarantee and that is absolutely bogus. Not only is the report garbage they are scamming people out of their money. Absolute criminals.

    People I searched. One has been dead for over six months and was not shown so. Very little info given on others.

    I purchased Peoplewhiz for one month as a onetime purchase of $27.99 on August 17, 2022 (see below and attached document)I was charged again on September 16, 2022 (see below and attached document ). Upon reviewing my credit card bill and seeing the additional charge. I contacted the Company and advised that I had ONLY purchased for 1 month/one time purchase and requested the amount be removed from my credit card. The first contact rep ******** refused and said its a subscription and would not allow me to speak with the next level up in the support tier. The company verbiage and details are misleading to the consumer that the service can be used for a 30 day period. It is scamming users out of money - by continually billing them for a service that they believe is for a 30 day period and NOT subscribing to an ongoing monthly service. I'm requesting that Peoplewhiz fully refund the incorrect charge from September 16, 2022 of $27.99.     Signed up for a month of PeopleWhiz.com (I.E., Aug 30, 2022). Two weeks into the service I was locked out (starting Sept 15, 2022). I called customer service but they tell me my service was cancelled through PayPal, but PayPal denies any such record. PeopleWhiz refuses to re-instate my services for the two weeks left and will only (poosibly) refund me me 30% of what I paid. I still want the service, but they aren't helping me at all with this issue. I asked to speak to someone higher up and they said I could try to call back later. If they cancelled my subscription, whether accidently or otherwise, they ought to have told me and at very least refund 50%, but what I'd like to happen is just to give me two more weeks because I'm trying to verify addresses for several folks on my Christmas card list and their site has actually been pretty helpful so far.

    Very simple I want ALL my information deleted. Including other variations. When I tried to delete online it asked me to I Upload my D/L or same.That is illegal. We do not have control of the public records available, but we do allow individuals to remove their name from the database. The driver's license is only requested to validate the identity of the individual requesting (there can be multiple people with matching names and cities) for their information to be removed and to help us with our monthly compliance review.     Information given was false and incomplete. I searched myself, family members and others I know and information was incorrect. Then when I wanted to delve deeper it prompted me to pay another $20. Then I searched a distant relative whom I know was convicted of a *** crime, served time even, and his record came up clean as a whistle. This is a complete scam. A monthly charge of $27.99, two random $1.00 charges and a $19.95 charge in one day? SCAM.
