    Buyers - please be aware!I am 100% convinced TCL's management (from HQ down) has implemented a hidden policy to never honor legitimate warranty claims.I purchased a TCL 50-pint dehumidifier on 4/15/24. On 7/19/24 the TCL app alerted me that the dehumidifier failed. Upon inspection, it was clear that the compressor/condenser failed as the unit was no longer drying the air. The coils were not frozen, the drain line was not clogged, the ambient temperature was fine., the power to the unit was fine.From 7/19 through 7/22 I had at least 7 long conversations with telephone support, patiently responding to the same set of repetitive questions regarding the failure, time and time again. I proceeded with every ridiculous troubleshooting check suggested by phone support. They even asked me to unplug several times overnight to see if it would magically repair itself.Finally, I was asked to provide photo of the model and serial number, and receipt - which I did. I thought TCL was close to sending me a replacement working unit. No - I was wrong, I only received a call back to check the power, air temperature and the drain line AGAIN. I asked to speak to a supervisor.Supervisor called me back, apologized for all the repetitive questions from his staff, thought he was going to send out a working unit, but he indicated "HQ policy - I must now send a video of the failed unit to be reviewed by TCL HQ personnel.TCL is providing a false claim by indicating they provide a 1-year warranty. TCL is lying to customers and ********************** need to be held accountable, I don't know how they sleep at night stealing from consumers. Retailers such as ******* *********** Amazon - must remove TCL products from their inventory.TCL should get zero stars - the web site requires at least 1 star for submission.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Contacted them because our brand new 85 inch tv stopped working after 3 monthssaid they would repair it, they had the tech schedule me for a service callit was for 9am today well guess what the guy didnt show up, did not answer my calls or texts. Terrible product and even worse terrible customer service!! Do not buy!!!!!!!

    Warranty process is a whole dream in of itself and they don't have a corporate number for escalation I've bein trying to get warranty claim for a tv that broke after 6mo of use and still no refund or contact back I will never buy or recommend anything tcl or Roku to anyone I know

    They declined to honor the warranty for a television that malfunctioned while mounted on the wall, alleging damage caused by me. Based on the information available, this appears to be a recurring pattern.

    I purchased a TCL television from them through ******* online. A few months in the tv went out. I reached out to ******* and they in return told me to contact the manufacturer. TCL manufacturers had me go through the trouble of sending them the receipt of when I purchased the tv, they had me take videos and etc. I was told to also take a picture of the serial number sticker, write void on it and to send it to them via email. I was told that they no longer had any of those particular televisions to send me another so they would refund me between ***** days instead. I agreed to the refund and never received it. Its been months and everytime I reach out they say they are experiencing technical difficulties, indicating that thats the reason why they havent refunded me yet.

    We purchased an air conditioner in April 2023, now it doesnt blow out cold air. I have talked to them twice and sent them the information they requested but they say the model numbers arent the same. My receipt has no model number on it like they are saying it does. Never buy a product from them

    I purchased this TV (brand new) and it was broken. I called TCL customer service and they refused to let me speak with a supervisor nor would they exchange or return the *** They kept asking me if I purchased a warranty that did not cover the damages. I am going to file a law suit due to principle. I dont care if this company outsourcesno company can sell damaged merchandise and think there will be no consequences.

    Worst customer service ever!!! bought our tv last year and it broke 6 months later. Tcl made us take pictures and cross out the bar code and promised a replacement within 5 days. That was over a month ago. They are crooks and thieves. BEWARE. Several call and no one know what to do or how to do it. Never again
