    A waste of not only hard earned money but ineffective customer service support.After only owning TCL ** 43S46 for just slightly over 12 months, I went to my office to start my day at work only to discover that I was no longer able to power up the device.I could not turn the ** on using the power or button on the remote and on the ** panel.When I reached out for support I was initially basically told that."All of our TCL units are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty."I was asked to send in proof of purchase and a video and ultimate was told again:"After validating, we are unable to proceed with the warranty claim because based on the date of purchase you supplied, the ** has already passed the manufacturer's warranty's term limit. In this circumstance, we strongly advise you to get in touch with the retailer where you bought your ** to see if you've got an extended warranty or protection plan that addresses this kind of problem or bring the ** to a local service center to have a professional technician diagnose the unit in person."Decidedly,TLC DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCT.

    Horrible products. We had a soundbar system go bad 6 weeks after purchase. They sent us a replacement that had the same issue. I sent them video clips of the issue and everything they requested. They will not refund your money I would NEVER but another TCL product

    Sound bar had 1 yr. warranty. Quit in 6 months. They just kept asking of different things like pictures videos and paper work. Finally after correspondence daily over 3 weeks the agreed to send me a new one. I accepted, even though it was not the same model. New one arrived and Would not even boot up. Absolutory no power. We started the same routine of asking for something different each email i.e video showing it was plugged in. Next I get 2 different reps emailing me asking for different stuff. My suggestion is DON'T GO CLOSE TO TCL PRODUCTS. Unless you realize they will not honor a warranty. Obviously their game plan is to hassle you until you get tired and give up. They even suggested I send the non-working they sent me to their shop at my cost. BAD NEWS

    Im purchased a ** July 2023. The ** started having major issues in September. I called customer support who made me jump through a lot of hoops, but did not respond in timely way . I called them after a week waiting for a reply, they said that it would take up to 10 business days for the ** to be repaired, which would mean that I would not have a ** for up to a month. Their customer service responsiveness is awful. Based upon the ** that I got, their product is substandard.

    Bought a 45" TCL ******* Model # **S**3. The television lasted less than two years. It went totally BLACK I have had TVs in past that lasted a lot more years. After reaching out to customer service to complain about this issue, and to see if I can get some sort of resolution, it was suggested that I take the tv to a repair shop to spend even more money on a TV that is of poor quality. I thought TCL was a reputable company. but the company proved me wrong, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

    Tv worked fine until it stopped working ** stopped working when **** was updated. Spoke to TCL - it is 3 months out warranty and they will do nothing about the ** not working after a WIFI update. Do not buy this brand.

    75 inch, model# **S4054TAAA. This TV is a complete disappointment. It couldn't even make it past the two-year **** before giving up with the black screen of death. Its short lifespan is a testament to its poor quality and lack of durability. A total waste of money and a frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs!

    Horrible tv and company! Won't connect to Prime and won't connect to Wi-Fi. Have to use an Ethernet cable. Talked to them for 3 days. Just kept sending them the same info over and over. Finally Just bought an ******* DONT buy one!
