      If I could give negative stars, I would! Crappy soundbar & even crappier customer service! We had problems on and off since we bought the Vizio Dolby Atmos soundbar beginning with the fact that their setup directions are inaccurate and their remote app has never worked from day 1 but yesterday it totally stopped playing sound even though it was turned on. So I called customer service and the guy had me run a sound check which didnt work. He immediately said that he did all the ******************* needed to buy a new soundbar. After I hung up, I turned the soundbar off and on again and then re-ran the sound check and it worked fine but it still wouldnt play sound from the tv. So I called them back & explained that I cycled the soundbar & the sound check worked this time. I also told her the other things I had tried to get it to play the tv *********** immediately told me that there was no more troubleshooting they could do and that I had to buy a new soundbar. So I hung up. After 2 hours of playing with the soundbar & the various settings myself, I got it to work again. I can only assume that a firmware download changed something which needed to be reset but they couldnt help and their solution was not to help me but to tell me to buy a new soundbar. Their customer service is so crappy - first, their accents are so thick it is hard to even understand them & second they are so quick to tell you that you need to buy a new product when they have barely tried to fix the one you have! One troubleshooting test and you claim there is nothing else you can do to troubleshoot my product??? Really???? They just want you to spend money to buy a new one instead of paying competent people to actually solve your problem! You should not automatically be told you have to replace a $700 soundbar that is only 2 years old!! After the problems we have had with this soundbar and the absolutely horrible customer service, I will NEVER buy a Visio product again!!

      Terrible suppoort. Started when after making my request, they dropped it ithout telling me. They refused to understand my proplem. When Itried to explain my problem, they would not accpet that there was a problem. They wanted you to do a lot of checks that were not needed and could not be shown as it was an intermettednt proble. The fact that it was inntermittent whould have ben ***********

      Vizio Televisions are powering on and off for by itself. I reached out to them but no help was gained because it was just past the one year warranty. When I search online regarding this issue many consumers are having this issue with no help from Vizio. This should be illegal. Vizio is aware of the problem and continues to sell faulty televisions.

      I, too, am not a fan of Vizio Tvs. Have 2 & they both the same problems...... lose sound on several channels, tried to turn off voice narratives, didn't work..If these TVs were given away, I wouldn't take one.

      I am only rating a 1 because there is nothing lower. I have a TV that is under warranty but they will not cover. I have send all information that has been requested. I then get a call saying they need more pictures. I send the pictures and then get a call saying they need more pictures. On one call I told my case had been closed case because I didn't respond to a email that I didn't receive. I check my junk folder which still have email from the date they said it was send had nothing. Worst customer service there is.

      I absolutely hate Vizio. I've actually had this ** a dew years and at first it was no problem. I use a digital antenna ONLY, and like with any normal **, I turn it on, watch the show, change channel, etc.Then at some point last year, they started trying to force me to use their streaming channels, smartcast I think they call it, and watchfree, I should know those names by heart from seeing them over and over. And why do I keep seeing them? Because after I tun my ** off, I don't change the settings, but the next time I turn it on, it's on their streaming platform, I have to go in and change it back to antenna. I am SO tired of them trying to force me to use the streaming service, not to mention the times I couldn't use the ** right away because I'd turn it on and would have to updates - updates I don't need because I NEVER use their streaming services. I will NEVER buy another Vizio product!!

      Would not buy another Vizeo product. When I first bought my TV smelled like it would catch fire. Service came out fixed that problem. ****** turns on after shutting off. Or turns off while watching. Have sent receipts etc. needed for service and Ive gotten nowhere. Still under one year warranty. Very difficult service department to deal with.Instead of a 1 Star review I wish they had a Zero Star review.

      My son bought us a Vizio TV for Christmas. We are on a antenna, we started having issues with the tv searching for a network? We have none. The tv then started trying to reprogram. Then it started shutting off every 20 minutes and trying to reboot. By the time the problems grew we were out if the warranty and Target would not take it back. Numerous, numerous calls where made to Vizio support which yielded no help what so ever. Eventually the tv started shutting off every 3 min. To reboot. We boxed it up and put it in **********, unusable. Best buy told me vizios where ******* tvs. And that while all newer smart TVs would occasionally try to reprogram in our situation, ( antenna) that all the other brands would not do the shutting off thing, this is because Vizio uses all kinds of parts from a menagerie of sources and they don't work right together a lot of times, ***** the "******* tv" nickname from Best buy. We will never buy another and will advise anyone and everyone we know to not buy any Vizio product. This was a terrible experience.

      I was gifted a 70" e class Vizio through my place of employment in 2019. I had to remodel my basement in order to have a room big enough for such a large TV. TV backlighting is failing and the smart operating system never worked properly. The warranty expired before I even hung the tv. Vizio makes a short lived product.       New tv for my grandpa. Remote already stopped worked. Doesnt function anymore. Vizio is mid ??.
