I will never purchase a Vizio TV again, there Warranty is horrible with customer service, I purchased a 65 tv through ******** was delivered to my house, I didnt open the box right away, but when I did, everything looked great till I plug power to it, colored lines, no picture, ******* would not take it back and Vizio would not warranty, saying the screen is cracked and they do not cover that, not part of coverage, all I did was take it out of the box and plugged it in, so the way I was told, the screen could be damaged at some point but your liable no matter what, 1 year warranty BS I had it 2 months trying to get a replacement, being in sales, you take care of your customers, especially after I have purchased 10 of these Vizios Never,Never do not buy VIZiO TV

Vizio Privacy Policy, it does not making any sense, apparently effective as of January 1st 2023 introduce that you have to agree to the terms and conditions of Vizio, why? I pay for the tv and they tell me what to watch? And I pay for other programs like ESPN PARAMOUNT ******* and many other shows, it make any sense that Vizio is controlling my life, dont buy anymore the Vizio to watch tv.

My son got me a Vizio, smart TV with the free watch button. Which from the start sucked the microphone didnt work the OK button in the middle didnt work it sucked. I went without a remote control for months because I went to ********* ********* on the west side ******* they didnt have them. I went to the ********* East side, *******. They didnt have Vizio remote controls. I ended up getting an ONN universal control which Im not happy about, if you cant figure out the situation with your remote controls, maybe you should have somebody else take over for you because its not fair to the customers to be without because your remote controls work like c***

I bought 2 tvs and they were both bad so when I contacted them about my tvs they were going to refund me well I still haven't seen the money and they apparently are not going to do anything about it. So if you are planning to purchase a new TV don't buy a VIZIO

I purchased a vizio m656-g4 65 inch quantum tv. It lasted less than 18mos. Then the back lights went out. ***** says vizio. So a state of the art led tv lasts less than 2 years. Vizio makes junk and they do not stand behind their crappy product. Their customer service is a joke. You can actually see them reading off of trouble code charts. What an embarassment.

Vizio is complete total garbage, buy ** or ******** 75 in qled brand new, stopped working after 2 weeks. They sent a repair person, who he was great, but has no affiliation with vizio. So he fixed the original problem I think, but we couldn't tell because whoever assembled it jammed the remote sensor inside the ** so hard it broke as well. I called vizio while he was here. They don't care about their customers or product. Worst customer service ever. I completed the survey they sent and next ************** a manager left a voice-mail, I called and left him one. Next day at the **** Crack of **** another voice-mail this time from manager *****. Well the tag your it continued a couple days then a secretary of management called to say that the ** they told me a day prior with an agent not management would the 16 days to ship to me, which means my superbowl party i purchased this ** for is getting canceled last minute leaving me and my guests scrambling to find other plans. Well I asked if Instead of waiting half a month more if they can just send part to repair guy. He said very rudely that's not possible. I asked why and he straight out lied and said the repair guy already sent the part back and our ** shipped.******** I told him. I asked my repair guy, because 1st of all the part takes a week to get to him and I just got told the afternoon prior there would be a new tv.they may have created a shipping label but they forget customers get updates of tracking . Repair guy hadn't even received an invoice let alone part and no part to ship. Avoid vizio save time, money, headache. But to flat out lie to your customers is bad business. Disgusting. I will never buy vizio again and suggest you don't either!

I own an e series (E43-D2) television with Chromecast built in, and was recently indirectly told by the company that they do not intend to keep updating their firmware for my TV, which has led to the Chromecast feature to become completely useless. Streaming apps dont work anymore as the firmware is so out of date, and there is no other way to manually update it. When I asked what Im supposed to do to make my television functional, they stated buy a 3rd party streaming device. Im outraged at a company so negligent that they would actively avoid servicing TVs that are not even ten years old at this point with something as simple as automatic firmware updates. Dont waste your time or money on a product doomed to be in a landfill within a decade.

Vizio recently did a Wi-Fi remote firmware update on my 58 Vizio tv and now the channel up and down buttons on the remote do not work. I confirmed this problem with a Vizio customer support agent. He said the engineers are working on a new update but in the meantime they left me to suffer with an inferior product. I spoke with 2 different Vizio support techs, the first one told me I had a defective remote control and I could download a Vizio app for my iPhone which I did. It had the same channel up and down buttons. The second Vizio support tech told me about the downloaded firmware defect. Good this didnt buy a new remote control (I would really be pissed). Vizio needs to reverse the last firmware download so I am able to scroll through the channels like I use to. If not, at some point I will throw the tv in the trash and get another brand of tv. I am a 100% disabled veteran so tv is much of my life.

I purchased the 55" M Series Quantum in 2021. The first one broke after 8 months. Luckily, it was under warranty (which is a paltry 1 year). They sent me a replacement for the broken tv. The new tv broke 18 months later. It, of course, was no longer under warranty. When I called Vizio this time, they said verbatim "You should probably buy a new tv." They would not replace it, they would not give me a refund. My previous tv, a ******* that cost me about the same money when I bought it, lasted me 9 years. I gave it to a friend when I bought this tv and that ******* is still working with no issues. I think a tv that will only last you a year and a half, If you're lucky, is a bad investment and Vizio is ripping people off.
