I purchased the 55" M Series Quantum in 2021. The first one broke after 8 months. Luckily, it was under warranty (which is a paltry 1 year). They sent me a replacement for the broken tv. The new tv broke 18 months later. It, of course, was no longer under warranty. When I called Vizio this time, they said verbatim "You should probably buy a new tv." They would not replace it, they would not give me a refund. My previous tv, a ******* that cost me about the same money when I bought it, lasted me 9 years. I gave it to a friend when I bought this tv and that ******* is still working with no issues. I think a tv that will only last you a year and a half, If you're lucky, is a bad investment and Vizio is ripping people off.

I was a huge vizio TV fan for its price vs.value and its great picture in the e-class line. In the past e-class lacked in sound. My TV has always been connected to my audio system and this was nevean issue. Since Vizio updated its " Watch Free+" pos program I absolutely HATE this TV. Thanks Vizio for "FIXING" an issue that never needed to be fixed.

We own 4 Vizio tv's. That tells you we were very pleased with this brand at one time. However, after the update, Watchfree Plus, and a phone call to Vizion learning the update could not be reversed we are totally dissatisfied in our Vizio tvs. Here are some of the daily issues: blank screen but sound works, can't change channels, volume control doesn't always work, takes forever for the software to load, many times we have to unplug TV to try and get it started. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn"t. The Watchfree Plus has taken over the tv's and not in a good way. If you can create an update that doesn't work then why can't you create a new update to correct all the problems it has caused? We are very unhappy and would like to be reimbursed so we can buy new tvs (not a Vizio) or fix the problems and we would be satisfied. Our tvs are no longer under warranty but that should not matter since Vizio software upgrade is the cause of the problems. I hope Vizio cares enough to help us and many other unhappy consumers.

I have a Vizio V655-Q9 and it is the and last Vizio TV Ill have purchase. It is also freezing up, cant find a WIFi signal, tells you when you first turn it on it cant find art cast and they are working behind the scenes to fix it as soon as they can REALLY!!! This has been going on since Ive had the *** about 2-3 years now. My wife and I paid good money for it and it was supposed to be an upgrade from the nine smart TV we had prior. But all is has done is give us issues. At first it was fine, like the first 3-5 months. Then it would freeze up and youd have to unplug it for ***** sec and plug it back in. That would last 1-2 weeks tops. It just worse and worse as the weeks went on. Now Im lucky if it plays a Movie, Show or whatever for **** min before it freezes up. Now after talking about this to friends of mine, who also have the unfortunate luck of having one of this POS TVs, all say the same thing. I cant even relax in my living room after a ***** hr work day to wind done cause all I want to do is take this TV and smash it. I will never buy another Vizio TV and neither will any of my friends who have them and the ones that dont due to the issues Ive had. Ive even gotten hold of a **************** Rep via a chat on the ********************** support site and all he did was blow the situation off. I hope they his company goes out of business once all these issues grow so big that hey cant hide it any longer. So I warn all that read this, NEVER BUY A VIZIO TV!!!! You will end up wasting your money and be stuck with a paperweight until you can save up and get something that hat actually works.

Worst garbage I've ever invested money in. Purchased 2 Vizio TVs, one for the bedroom and one for the living room. They've both been garbage from day 1, to the point I'll never purchase another product by them. It should be illegal to put out a product that has so many issues and is so unreliable. Simple issues that other companies mastered years ago; being able to change the channel or the volume, selecting a streaming app, searching for movies and shows. It's a constant battle and test of patience to just get the television to cooperate with the remote control. If you look on Vizio's site, you can tell their reviews are all fake, praising the product like it's the greatest brand out there. You'll find honest reviews on reddit, not one owner is happy with their purchase. Avoid at all cost. Spend a little more money and save yourself the headache.

Junk, junk and even more junk. I use an antenna . The guide only works when it feels like it. Picture becomes nothing but squiggly lines when it wants to. Every time I turn it on I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to watch antenna tv. Customer support is horrible. Dont ever buy one. These TVs are the definition of the saying cheap can be expensive

70 TV with Smartcast. Hardly works ever the first time. Hardly works the 2nd or third time either. Maybe Vizio should actually be ashamed of their products.

I will never buy Vizio again. In the last 2 1/2 years I have had 2 new Vizio tv and they both became defective. The first one was from March to august. They did replace that one. Then that one lasted from August 2022 until January ****. So the last one is over a year and no more warranty. Vizio used to be a pretty good TV but not anymore. I advise everyone not to buy one. I wouldnt even give a one star rating but it wouldnt let me submit without it

Vizio D32H-J09 (Firmware 3.600.31.1-5) problems staying connected. It keeps disconnecting from the internet. This isn't a network problem...this has to do with this TV. I didn't have any of these problems until I replaced my TV with this model. There is something wrong with the **** card or they don't have strong enough encryption on it to keep people from hacking the signal.

The ** was great until they hijacked the local channels and force you to use their software. Now slow un responsive remote, skips channels won't update ** guide section for hours if ** is turned on at 7 am that's the shows or ** guide it will show at 10 pm. Ridiculous. They had a great product and absolutely ruined it with their forced App/ software use. I was a loyal customer but won't even consider ********************** for my next purchase. You did this to yourself Vizio. Put it back the way it was with normal channel selections with our your forced apps local Free ** should be Free without forced programming / software use put it back or Go Broke!
