      I will never and will NEVER recommend anyone to finance a *** through ******* It has been the worst experience EVER and I have wasted countless hrs on the phone waiting for someone to just answer my call!!! You cannot talk to anyone that has any authority to help with your account and in order to pay you have to pay a fee for calling in your payment !!! Horrible place to do business!!! I love my Kia *** but I DO NOT have anything nice to say about financing ***** I will NEVER buy another *** for this reason!!!!!nmnn

      I bought a Kia ****** last year and I have been needing to reregister it. I misplaced the original signed bill of sale and in order to reregister my car thats all I need. FOR MONTHS!! I have been contacting Hyundai for a copy, all I need is ONE COPY OF MY BILL OF SALE. And every time I call its 2 weeks it will be there and nothing happens. Tonight my car was pulled over, towed and now I have a court summons because of this. I have to pay towing fees and money everyday its there and I cannot get it back until I have new plates, cant get new plates with out the bill of sale. My main source of income is now gone, but my bills are not. My life is all but ruined. Im at the mercy of this piece of c*** company. Im going to seek legal action. I want everything I have to pay because of this, reimbursed.

      My ********* was stolen a month after he bought. It was a total loss and the insurance company paid it off. *** still says he owes $4600 and refuses to stop charging him interest and zero out the balance. We have been fighting this for over a month now. He has made extra payments as to not get a negative credit report.

      These are the rudest and most unprofessional people ever. I have an automated draft payment and every month, I am hit with late fees because the draft is the 10th and the payment due according to them is the 1st. They are not located in ******* and do not care to help, the guy told me the same thing 12 times and talked over **** cannot believe that this is the way they conduct business. It is the last Hyundai I buy

      ZERO stars. I financed a 2022 ************* and have had nothing but negative experiences from the service department to the finance department. They have made it impossible for me to make on time payments by locking my account for 90 days and charging me fees to pay over the phone, when all Im trying to do is give them money. They have made it clear they are in no way willing to work with their customers. Telling me no one has the authority to unlock an account for online access to make payments, giving me the run around when I ask to speak to supervisors. This was all after the negative experience I had when they refused to make time to service my car when my steering wheel would not turn along with the dashboard light malfunction thats been known to happen in these cars, ordering a part for me telling me its in and giving it away. I had to demand someone look at my car in fear of driving my two small kids around. It took a week to fix my car costing me an out of pocket expense for a car rental. To say that I am dissatisfied with their operation would be an understatement. I filed a complaint with their customer service number over a month ago and I have yet to receive any acknowledgement from anyone regarding it.

      Once again, *** has forced me into paying an additional fee for making a payment over the phone, blocking my account from all online payment types and automated services.I dont understand why they make it so difficult when all Im trying to do is make my payment on time. Just spent an hour on hold to make a payment. Still waiting

      AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT USE HYUNDAI FINANCE! ZERO STARS!The dealership purchased our car on trade-in, and Hyundai accepted TWO separate checks sent overnight for the payoff - but claimed they hadn't and continued to harass us for collection on the car loan. HF refused to contact our dealership finance for payoff resolution and refused to provide info for them to contact HF. Now, threatening to submit us to collections because of their negligence in handling overnight payoff checks from dealerships. This dealership OWNS a Hyundai division and after this, will look to dissolve as it is a constant problem for them. HF Customer Serv agents are worthless and the corporate operations of transactions are completely disconnected and negligent. Time for an attorney to get involved.

      This may be the worst lender of all time. I sent a check with the pay-off quote letter to the business per their instructions as my final payment. It was around $7300. I waited two weeks for the check to be taken out of my account. I ended up calling to check on it, and the rep. told me that my check has been lost and that I should cancel it and send another one OR I could make a one time payment online instead. So, I cancelled my check for $7300 and then made a one time payment for slightly more than $7300 online. The next day, they took my initial payment and the second payment, and ******** my account. I called immediately and they said they could not reverse either payment and that I would have to take it up with my bank. Amazing! My bank was able to bounce the check. Now, I am in a circle trying to get my title stating I own the vehicle. I. have called multiple times trying to get my paperwork and they keep telling me to wait. It is absolutely a racket and I wouldn't be surprised if they genuinely steal people's money. Also they outsource every department except for collections so good luck understanding each other. I have many more issues and stories than this, but this is currently the issue at hand. I have no idea what their issue is. I paid for it, I own, so give me my paperwork. I am close to initiating a lawsuit over this. DO NOT USE THIS LENDER.

      Do NOT give *** the time of day!!! This last 6 months has been h*** on earth, because of them. I bought a brand new *** ***** and within a few months was hit by someone com*** into my lane on the highway. The police cited her, and her insurance paid out. The check sat on their table for months, because her insurance company kept try*** to give it to ***, but *** literally would NOT accept it! Insanity! Before I fired my lawyers, they were on the phone with them, the other insurance company reps were on the phone with them, and even the guy I bought the car from said he regrets represent*** *** in any way, after HE was on the phone with them. I was able to hold my tongue, but the other people I was 3-way-*** with, cussed them out, because they got so frustrated. They would answer and when they heard it was us, they would just put the phone down, or they would send us in circles. They even admitted that they had all the necessary paperwork, but no one would move on it. All of this is supposedly on a recorded line too. Sooo crazy!!! The crash happened July 30th, and they refused to accept payment until the first week in January. I had to call so many times and put up with their nonsense for hours each time. Thank God, the last time I called, there were signs of intelligent life! In addition, they ruined my credit -- dropped it by 100 points, because they kept charg*** me as late, when they were the ones not accept*** payment. I pride myself on not miss*** payments at all -- never missed one! They ruined that. Now I have difficulty find*** hous***. That's what I have to fight next. And guess what? There's no number to call about credit disputes. It's just a P.O. Box. Now I have a ****** lol...didn't like the Soul anyway, because it always felt like it might tip over on turns. It's cute, but not worth the hassle, believe me!

      Should be a 0! Moved from ** to **. For 90 days trying to get my title to ******* ****************************. Been given false dates, and different address, runaround and excuses for 3 mons since to buy the car and paid ready. Was transferred to a Specialist for the 10 time now, my registration expired December 31, 2022. Will NEVER use again.

      We purchased 2021 Sonata. We financed the car through Hyundai Finance as they gave us a great rate. We opted to pay it off early. We received a payoff that was in correct and we overpaid by approximately $2000. We were due a refund. For the past 60 days, we have been given the run around and plenty of excuses as to why our money has not been returned. I am frustrated to the point where I am ready to contact an attorney. It now feels like fraud and theft.
