      I had purchased my 24 Kia Sorento on Mother's Day weekend! I was rear ended on 8/13/2024 Unfortunately, I am still awaiting my vehicle repair due to the final part being on backorder. I am in desperate need of Part #86670-R5CA0. I have emailed, called, complained and now filling a complaint. I have been without my vehicle now for 4 months and am no closer to getting it fixed as I was 4 the day of the accident. Could anyone please HELP me with this issue or know a time frame when this specific part may be available? I sincerely appreciate anyone that may be able to help.

      I love this company I have been with them for my vehicle loans for 5 or so years and have had no problems with them. Able to pay my bill online. Do not have to worry about harassing calls or anything extra except paying my bill on time. I love that they offer financing for people who do not have credit or down payment so people go do not have a vehicle but need one can get one.

      I love my Hyundai tucson but absolutely HATE dealing with ****Their website says my checking account isn't valid. It's the same one I pay for everything! Hmf SUCKS!

      I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from ****** and in the past 2 years my paint started chipping horribly. I reached out to the dealership and was sent to ****** Paint and Body only to be told that since I didn't purchase my vehicle from the dealership I couldn't have my car repaired. So even with Hyundai knowing that it's a paint defect on 2017 vehicles and not honoring THE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, I'm highly upset and don't understand how a company of their magnitude wouldn't compensate the issue with a fix? A recall of all 2017 with paint chipping defects should be something that honor!!

      I bought a car in Jan. 2022 and paid it off in March 2024. I wanted to pay cash but was talked out of it and founded out later that it did make a difference if I paid cash. Difference being they would make no money. You can pay off early but you will pay all that you borrow, no interest deduction. I was told that I would get my title in 90 days and I am still waiting. I have been calling every week for the last 2 months to hear this "I'm sorry, I'll get it right out to you within 5 days". I'm still waiting. Can't get any assistance from where I bought the car. They say that the just sell you the car and they are done. I have bought a many car in my lifetime and Hyundai finance is the worse of the worse.

      I bought a brand new 2023 *** EV6 at a local car dealer in August of 2023 and was planning on paying cash, but was told that there was a promotion offering $7500 off on a lease and that I could payoff the lease any time I wanted to without any expensive fees or penalties.I signed the lease and the following month paid it off and was sent the vehicle ********** forward to July 2024 and I noticed I hadn't received my registration renewal. I went online with the virtual *** and was unable to find my vehicle ad found out that the title had not been transferred to me. I then scanned and uploaded all the title and payoff documentation and the *** requested $700 for title transfer which I sent.The *** then requested that I send the original documents (that I had already scanned and sent. I did so and was sent a new registration card and tags, but I have not been sent new Title documentation and they are saying that they did not receive a form showing that I paid State taxes and I owed $2800. I contacted Hyundai financing and they sent me a spreadsheet showing my payment history including taxes. I submitted this and *** states I need a specific notarized form which I have requested repeatedly and have failed to do so.This is a 2 month saga and I am not getting any satisfaction.

      On Mon, Aug 19, 2024 at 1:10PM I sent this kind of alertOn May 3, I delivered a 2024 Kia ********* VIN #5XY3CDF1RG169063, to the South ******************** Since then, I have been requesting the return of the corresponding ************** Unfortunately, 50 business days have passed, and despite sending seven emails, I am still waiting for my refund as of today, Monday, August 19. I would like to acknowledge that Mr. **** *******, the Cancellation Coordinator, has consistently responded to my emails. However, his responses always state that my cancellation was submitted on June 2, 2024, and that it is still being processed. This prolonged delay is concerning, and I am beginning to question the efficiency of the company or department handling this matter. Is there anyone who can assist me in recovering what is rightfully mine? Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely.****** Finally on August 22 I receved the check date 10 JUN 24, means 71 days after the approvalW H Y ???

      *** Finance also known as Hyundai motor finance sent me an email on August 26th at 7 PM to call and make arrangements to pay a bill that I was partially behind on, and then they had my car towed/repossessed at 2 AM! This company has mixed up two accounts that have my name on them for the entire year and a half I have dealt with them. They told me they talked to me on the phone in July and that I told them I was unemployed. I had never received a phone call from them, nor have I been unemployed. That so happened to be my daughter's issue for her car, not mine. I had emailed twice on the website back in September last year and ******* asking for a deferment and never received any contact of any sort for that either. Also this company constantly gives you the runaround on the phone as well. I wouldn't give them one star but was forced to to submit this review.

      I've been a customer with *** for over 7 years, had 3 vehicles with them (2019 ******, 2020 ******, 2022 Palisade). You are eligible for 1 month deferment every 6 months paid on-time, however, when it comes to natural disasters that have been declared, they will not budge or give a care. Many of my friends/ family are with other financing companies hand been able to sign for relief or payment assistant programs due to natural disasters. I live in ******* and practically have had two back to back disasters, one in May then July. I have been on-time with Hyundai for the entire 7 yrs. And get this, when you get a new vehicle, your history doesn't rollover to new accounts, you start over completely. So imagine how many months I would have been eligible for deferments from my past 2 accounts I've had with them f or being on time. When I'm ready to upgrade my palisade, I will not choose them again as history is not important to them

      I will never buy a *** again..... I have an engine warranty issue on my 2018 Sorrento that is taking now 10 months and multiple tests with 2.4 qts of oil loss being resulted recently and they are still making the dealership jump through hoops before they replace my engine. They have had to replace my catalytic under warranty when my vehicle stopped working because of oil issues causing it to fail. I have personally been in touch with *** and they told me someone would call me back in 5-7 business days and if I call in that time frame they will dismiss me because of the time frame. No responsibility accepted, the *** told me its not ***'s bad customer service its the engineers, I told them that the engineers represent ***. I have had to restrict visits to my family and lots of other events in my life to avoid my vehicle failing while my child is in the vehicle with me over a long distance. I should have kept my ****** instead of getting this ***.
