      Kia ******* has misappropriated our overpayment and cannot allocate where our money went.Never phoned back playing the no contact game.Official report to Attorney General with documents, BBB and my attorney.Do not ******* with ****

      Warning when purchasing a vehicle through a Kia ********** DO NOT use Kia ********************** Finance. They continue to charge us twice on multiple occasions which is over $800. It is now to the point it is causing a financial burden. We have to call our bank to have them reverse the charges because KMF states they will send a check in the mail. We cannot afford to wait. Every other company can reverse transactions electronically. When we have called their helpline their employees are not trained properly and seem incompetent. We will never use this company again and hopefully we can switch loan companies soon.

      Apollo insurance/ good 2 go Insurance my *** was stolen they had it in the shop for 2 weeks and not getting any assistance with what to do. Claim adjuster *********************** vet rude to me did not fully explain anything to me.

      I own a 2021 Kia ***** my navigation system has stopped working, I contacted **** they told me that I, the customer needs to manually update the system myself, not the dealer. Thie process takes about 2 hours, car needs to be running and monitored, but can't be driven. Are they crazy?This is my second Soul and last

      Factory recall. Dealer or corporate will not give me a rental. Worst customer service EVER FROM CORPORATE *** and ******************. They both expect a mother to spend $1500 a month on a rental *** plus make my $300 *** payment because *** had recall on windshield. Caused damage to electric board, ac unit, and the interior mold and mildew are already set In. Bc it's been sitting out at the deal for 7 days already. There is no ETA what so ever on my windshield. *** of corporate and ****************** are the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I understand recalls I understand back orders but what I don't understand is the lack of compassion communication respect *** the down right lies I've been told. Now I will end up paying 5 grand for a rental by the time this is done. $1500 on a ruined vehicle that I probably will not get a decent trade in value bc of the expect interior damage.This was my first *** *** and I've only had it a year. And I'm no where near happy. I've been completely taking advantage of and the worst attitudes from the men at the dealership Who thinks anyone has the right to yell at anyone trying to get their *** fixed and or extend the rental free of charge to me so I can keep my job, get my children to and from school along with their extra activities. I'm completely disgusted by the actions of ******, ****** and ******** at *** of corporate. I'm ashamed of the behavior I have experienced by ******* in service and ***** the service manager. The lack of respect I received from them has made me realize when I get me *** back I will be trading for a different brand, different dealer. I've never been spoken to the way they spoke with me and I will not tolerate it. *** does not stand by their word, work, nor do they ***e. You may get reimbursed for your out of pocket expenses but don't count on it. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!

      Leased a brand new 2021 ******************* in August 2021. Less then a year later, it has been serviced now two different times at the *********** in Long Island, **, the first time without the car for 2-3 weeks, this time a week counting. The first time the *********** said it was the electrical unit system and the part had to be imported from ***********. This time around, it's yet again something wrong with the electrical unit and there are no loaner cars available. ***** suggestion is to rent a car at $35 a day which they will reimburse with no timetable for a permanent solution while I'm paying $592 a month for a lease with no car. The *********** location unfortunately does not seem trained in fixing such issues and has to be in contact with the engineers in *********** by taking photos and receiving their feedback. I know this is no fault to them and is a major training issue with **** When calling *** corporate we received a case number and never got a callback. We called again and were told this conversation is over after it got heated with no resolution and no suggestions from their end. I understand that new is not new anymore, but the car has 16K miles on it and crapped out twice in a year. Would not recommend a *** hybrid based on my experience with the car and customer service. 2 hour wait by the way to get in contact with *** corporate is insane!

      I have a 2015 *** ******* before my ***** miles warranty expired I took it to two shops to get the vehcile checked out. Both shops said nothing wrong with the car. It was completely fine. Months go by i find out it a recall. and the paperwork was sent to old address. I then towed car to another *** *********** Where i was advised the recall was too late to fix that i need full motor replacement. I havent drove the car in over 6 months. I reached out to ********* they did nothing at all about the issue. Im still making payments on the car. Well i seen on news dont give up keep trying different dealership to repair recall. i then towed it one hour away spoke with repair shop over phone they said everything fine the was going to repair car. Well i get call today that its goin cost me **** to fix the motor at the *** ****** Like *** should be ashamed for doing there customer this way. IM PISSED!!! very upset cant just send car back AND MESS UP CREDIT SCORE AND HISTORY. SOMEONE HELP ME i have custom paint on my car this is very wrong of ***

      *************** is a joke and shameful. I had 2 engine failures.2013/2015 *** ******** The 2013 engine seizure few years ago they replaced engine under recall no problem. The second on 7/19/22, and they say its not a recall but a warranty issue. They refuse to replace because the **** software wasnt updated. This is a go around because they finally realized they couldnt replace all these engines. So in 2018 they sent a letter saying if you updated the software, well fix any issues under extended warranty. If not, your out of luck. They banked on this so they dont have to be responsible! Im the second owner and bought my vehicle with ****** miles in 12/2018. The PREVIOUS OWNER received the letter!!! I bought the car and good faith, paid for the car and good faith, maintain the car properly and did absolutely nothing wrong. The car was paid off in March. And on July 19 my 23-year-old was driving on a major highway in ********** doing 70 miles an hour in the car seized. I asked them if they would rather have had something happen to my daughter and then I *** them for millions and millions or do they just want to play place an engine that they knew full well was no good? This corporation is horrible at this time I own three *** vehicles I am a good customer we have the two Optimus and 2020 Sportage(all my childrens vehicles). At this point I am forcing my two sons to get rid of their kids because I refuse to support the company. So now I have 2015 Optima with ****** miles on it line brand new with no engine! Ive talked to *** corporate and they are layers and layers upon layers of protection for these people. The whole office there is shady they wont give you extension numbers they wont give you peoples names or emails its a bor practice by a major corporation. I blasted them all over ******** and I will continue to bless them all over social media. Ive called my local news outlet I will not stop until someone has held accountable for my vehicle.

      My dad bought a 2016 *** **** in 2016 it has a 1.6 motor at about 58k miles we started using oil in it I took it out to spritzers *** in Ontario **** they said it was normal which I didn't think it was right after that it started burning more oil it got up to where I was putting 5quarts a month normal driving my dad passed away 3 months after he bought it my mom took over The payments on it she paid it off now to find out the motor is shot yes it does have 116k miles on it now but we have put alot of money in the moter plus other parts I dont think its right for them to sell you a car and don't even tell you it will use oil these cars are junk i Will never buy another *** at all something needs to be done my Mom is 85 yrs old on a fixed income she has spent a lot of money on this car its not right

      These people are a joke had just have cops there today and will be taking legal action they keep you there when buying/leasing car 3 hrs tell you all this bs get you buy car than charge you all these fees you dont see prepaid for oil changes protection against tires etc etc but when time to use any services they give you bunch bs also they say can terminate lease after yr and just pay the termination fee of $400 thats a lie also they want you turn your car in pay the fee than still make payments for the next 3 yrs if your paying for next 3 yrs why would you turn car in now ex bought car from there also was stupid mistake also plenty better *** dealerships around even if you have to drive extra **************** be worth it. These are bunch low life crooks
